Pacquiao fought Margarito @ 150, 165 on fight night. Oscar at 147, Clottey at 147, Bradley at 147, and has been fighting at 147 since 2008. He fought Cotto who went from 140 to 160. He fought Oscar who also fought as high as 160. Mayweather came from 130... and started as an amateur in the same weight class as Pacquiao.

    Serious question:

So does the size between Mayweather and Pacquiao matter? Why does fighting a welterweight, at the welterweight limit, only matter when he's fighting Mayweather?

Chins matter more and Pacquiao doesn't have one.

it doesnt matter when floyd has the advantage.

surely it didnt matter when he drained canelo to 152 and cheated marquez at the weighing scale.

c/w used to matter until it favored floyd.

so, do you believe floyd is bigger/stronger than pac while coming in at 150lbs on fight night?

Because Pacquiao has left his natural weight. It's that simple. He can make 135 easily.

He consumes excess calories just to make the limit.

Do we really have to explain that there is a difference between your natural weight and you actual weight?

Holyfield for example was a Heavyweight champion, but he was never a natural heavy. He was a pure Cruiserweight. Through diet and weights he artificially put on extra weight, but it wasn't the same as a natural.

Did you have a question about Canelo/catchweight? This fight is at the 147 lbs limit where they've been fighting for years now, they're welters.

Yes, Floyd will be bigger than Pacquiao and weigh roughly what he usually does. I'm suspecting about 150ish like you said. Stronger? Debatable. Are we talking in-fighting or power?

Ok, fine, but where was all this talk with his previous opponents? Margarito is bigger and stronger than Mayweather and he wasn't an issue. So it shouldn't matter now.

Pacquiao was better than those guys by a lot. Size can be overcome with superior skill.

Size can be an impossible obstacle to overcome when the other man has just as much skill as you do.

That's why I picked Floyd to win the fight. Floyd is too good to lose to a man of Pacquiao's size.

size does matter....floyd is used to fighting guys of equal or bigger size and mostly rightys....now he is going up against a south paw as fast as him but smaller, which he isnt used to....name a few fighters floys has fought that are equally as fast, south paw, and smaller than floyd?

was margarito known as featherfisted then? if margo fans say he is going to ko pac, well it's not of the ordinary. he is the bigger and stronger guy, there is no debate aobut it.

where it comes to floyd, he is supposed this small ww who dont go above 150lbs on his fights, is known to be featherfisted and just did enough to win fights and is the same size or even smaller than pacman.

suddenly, overnight, floyd becomes this naturally bigger, stronger guy than pacman. where does this come from?

    peds?

how will pac be smaller than floyd if they both come it at 150lbs?
almost like a wishful thinking or a propaganda.

OR YOURE (OR FLOYD'S) LYING ABOUT FLOYD'S ACTUAL FIGHT NIGHT WEIGHT.
