Oh no horse hair:| Not the horse hair! Plz, plz n0t the horse hair!! If u d0n't like h0rse hair don't watch the kentucky derby!:rasta
Your insults will do absolutely nothing for you in this debate, just know that. I'm strictly talking about what it says in the contract. May should bring it up again, it sets a precedent for future fights. If people can openly break terms signed in the contract, then there would be chaos.
It states in the contract that pac can wear reyes gloves. Everyone knows reyes gloves are horse hair gloves but horse hair gloves cannot be used? 😄
Agreed. Manny didn't go to the Grand Arrival and Floyd didn't like it. He was mentioning it to reporters all day, "We both should've been here. He should've been a professional." Manny refusing to do the grand arrival had floyd bothered. ...imagine Manny getting to use the gloves Floyd doesn't want him to wear..
While I fully understand the logical intellectual reasons for it, emotionally people would respond better to a fighter who would just say "You know it says in the contract no horse hair gloves, but guess what? It's the last hour, no turning back, I'm gonna whoop the boy anyway because I'm the best ever." If don't see why you can't understand how that would bother people.
He's using them MVC that's all there is to it. By round 4 the gloves will be even firmer and he's going to punch holes in your deity bbb
Quit hanging on to Floyd's nuts. As reported, the gloves were already approved by Nevada State Athletic Commission, which were inspected by the commission's executive director and chief inspector earlier this week.
Reyes gloves (Horsehair) are the old brand, there are now new Reyes punchers made of form. That's what May expected Pac to use. The foamed version, the newer ones.
Its really just that simple!! But again you had Arum screaming "we signed were waiting on Floyd side"! Now dumb $h!T like this is happening, over something that was suppose to be resolved months ago!
Did I say they were banned gloves? No. They're quite frequent in the boxing scene today. I see many fighters wearing them, many top fighters as well. But NSAC did not know what was in the contract. If they did, they would have not accepted them. It says no horsehair gloves (Contract, written in fine print). Pac brought horsehair gloves and once inspection came along, May realized this and brought it up as an issue.
That could have been why they wanted to move the fight to a later date, so they wouldn't have to rush through and every thing could for sure be straightened out.
Are contract binding or NOT ! Im pretty sure they are! Have you ever in your life signed a contracted and thought that you didn't have to follow the stipulation? Stop playing dumb on this!
