While Pacs gonna have horse hair wrecking ***** on his.

That must really hurt, being repeatedly pummelled with HORSE HAIR gloves that have moulded nicely over Pacs already lethal knuckles.

MVC! gonna be booking a flight to Vegas to protest this outrage

    Doubt it man,

It's not just about the money, the pride is probably more important to him than money is, just being honest.

    Just a little distasteful.

I still think May wins badly, I'm just saying, I'd be surprised if this is solved completely without May bringing it up again.

Pac CLEARLY broke the rules here.

How can anyone side with him here?

    It's actually quite disgusting.

I know what you are saying and technically they should have followed the contract. However, the commission has approved them and so has the Mayweather Team (though reluctantly). It's not like Pac is bringing in plastered gloves. These gloves are commonly used so, your ****ogy is unfounded. They are approved so, why not just fight?

I see MVC and some others quoting basically this aspect of the ESPN article:

"According to those close to the situation, a contract exists between the two camps that states Mayweather will wear Grant-manufactured gloves, Pacquiao will wear Reyes gloves and neither set can be horse-hair-style boxing gloves."

Note, ESPN never officially confirmed if the contract really stated what "those close to the situation" claimed. Maybe it did, maybe it didn't.

How would we know for sure?

Because nobody gives a **** if the gloves are horse hair or not except for those involved in the fight. That's what I've been pointing out to you. I'm not even taking a side, merely explaining the opposite point of view. Of course Floyd and Pac's teams care about the contracts. The thing is, average people don't give a damn, we just want to see a fight
