It's easy to see why people don't approve of some of Pac's ways. It's shady and whoever tries to defend this farce just come off as desperate and are very insecure people.
You jump up and down as if you saw the printed contract signed by both parties. Have you? Or are you purely just basing it on the line: "According to those close to the situation, a contract exists between the two camps.." Contract comes in many forms, even verbal, and many has requirements for it to be enforceable and admittable in the courts. For example, a contract with value more than a certain amount must be in writing, must be notarized, etc. If you continue reading the link which you got excited about, it also says: "At that meeting, Mayweather's reps acquiesced, both sides chose their preapproved gloves and moved forward." It is safe to say there are many details that we are not aware of. Bottomline is that they have now moved forward. So why can't you?
If you talk about being shady, that's Floyd. He said himself on an interview that he was doing VAMPIRE FACIAL, which is BLOOD DOPING. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CPpGeyND1DY
1. You can be sure VERBAL agreements (verbal contracts) are non existent in a mega fight like this. 99% chance it was written in fine print in the contracted signed by both parties. 2. I have moved forward.... all I stated was that for the people who think this is already solved, don't be surprised if it becomes an issue again. I have no problem with it as a fighting fan, I want it to go on, but let's not act as if Pac didn't pull something shady here. It's clear he has from the information we're given, anyone who argues otherwise just doesn't know anything about... anything. That is all.
OK if what MVC! says about the contract etc is true.. Then this is EITHER a calculated move to exploit a loophole in the contract by Pacs team. If this is the case someone on TMT needs firing (bye bye Leonard) OR A mind game by Pac's side to unsettle Floyd and they have no intention of using these gloves at all.
Pac clearly tried to exploit a loophole here, quickly bring the gloves to the commission for checking and not telling them about the mutual agreement in the contract that no horsehair gloves are allowed. That is ALL we can deduce from this. It's so ****ing shady you know? How anyone can defend this farce, is beyond me in every way shape or form. ****ing hell.
I am just citing verbal contracts as example. My point was that there are many details and circumstances that we are not aware of. Floyd calls the shot in many ways for this fight and if they have moved on, by deduction we can say they probably think they are standing on soft grounds with their protest (despite whatver contract they are holding on) - again for whatever reasons we are not aware of.
MVC! this TMT's own fault. They need to be on top of this kind of thing it's massively unprofessional that Floyd isn't protected against this kind of thing. Leonard took his eye off the ball big time here, Floyd should never have taken him back. You NEED to expect these kinds of moves in business.
We're not given the entire story, but what we have been given, should be taken into real consideration. Pac pulling shady tactics is the ONLY thing we can deduce from what we're given. It's quite possible that there's more to it, but what could it possibly be? The contract clearly stated that no horsehair gloves can be used. And THIS happened.
