Well this is sneaky if true. If they have agreed to only foam or just not horse hair and team PAC have come in with horse hair lining then tutt tutt.

But then i half expected Mayweather to come in overweight, half expeted something. He has such a history of dodgy stuff i dont even care if Manny has for a change took a little sneaky advantage off of the king of advantages.

And my way of seeing it, if Floyd wont let a puncher wear punchers gloves then maybe team PAC should of had it written in the contract that Floyd wore divers boots.

Disagree, Pac and his team brought the gloves to the commission before TMT got to inspect the gloves.

What? Do you want TMT to follow Team Pac around 24/7? Not possible.

You mean the article with an unconfirmed source stated that the contract stated that.

ESPN cited it, Joe Tessitore is renowned as an incredibly objective writer.

I don't expect him to just make **** up to create controversy.

99% it did happen and I just can't agree with what he did.

It's just so shady you know?

If it wasn't clearly stated, May would have 0 case in the 5 hour long debate with NSAC.

Pac found a loophole and he exploited it this time, it's smart to do but at the cost of his own conscience. Pac's team got NSAC to defend them against Floyd and for now, won the battle against Floyd's team. Out-argued them I suppose.

I certainly don't condone it, even though that means nothing.

Just not something I would do, my 2 cents.

No, Floyd's team needed to ensure he was protected. Was it possible to ensure this didn't happen? Of course, precedents will be in place.

TMT seriously failed their man here potentially putting his health at risk, something that should obviously always come first.

Still, at the end of the day, it's not that Major. It isn't like Pac didn't make weight or something, now THAT would be dirty.

So it's TMT's fault that Pac got NSAC to defend them, found a loophole and exploited it?

Pac got to NSAC before Floyd did, that's the only problem here.

It's not major to you, but it's major to Mayweather and his team. I expect them to bring it up again.

Who knows what else Pac is plotting.

I certainly hope this fight materializes.

if fighters can keep getting away with putting these bogus stipulations in the contract, what example is it going to set? are we going to have prize fights with 20pz gloves and head gear?

If it was bogus, then why did Pac agree to it?

    Why'd he sign the contract?

He pulled this shady move because he knew that he needed every edge under the sun possible.

Pulling something like this for a fight of this magnitude, it's just so disheartening and so distasteful.

I do not condone it and I think it's desperation and low.

I find it funny that you assume Pac is at fault when you've never seen the contract.
