It depends on what the contract says. It the contract says not to use horsehair and be penalized for $1 for not using one, that's what it is. I don't know. You don't know.

The bottom line is Floyd team capitulated because they knew they do not have a case!

More like there's too much money at stake and if he cancelled the bout, serious consequences would occur.

That's why he didn't do anything.

    Doesn't mean he doesn't have a case.

From the information we're given, he CLEARLY DOES have a case.

    Go read the article again.

Everything is in fine print, in said contract.

Its too late, tough sheet Floyd. Thats 1 sneaky advantage to your countless sneaky advantages you claim before most fights.

I think that's a good place to leave it.

Let Pac use his gloves, we all want a fair fight don't we?

If he felt that strongly about it he could have backed out. He would never work in Vegas or Boxing again, nor would he ever be able to show his face in public again, nor would businessmen ever trust him again, but he has money and security and health.

This is the problem. You're shoving it. It is all based on assumptions.

    I rest my case.

the article i read, it says that moonves is the ultimate arbiter in case of disagreements.

also says, accdg to arum, moonves has no jurisdiction in the inspection of gloves. that it;s all the commission's business.

judging from what happened, floyd's ultimately acquiesced, seems like bob arum is right.

I already said that it's fine that this has become a non issue.

But DON'T be surprised if it escalates into something more serious.

    That's what I said.

But it's just a shameless tactic, leaves a pretty bitter taste in my mouth.

But I'll get over it. The fight is in 18-19 hours.

Let's hope for a good fight and NO ROBBERY.

From the information we're given, it clearly said it was in the contract.

Or else why would they need 5 hours of discussion?

Floyd knows he can't cancel this fight.

Just a shameless underhanded tactic, that's all.

I want the fight to go through, and I want the best man to win.

But to win like this, ugh.

It did say that but it also said that it was agreed upon via contract. Written in fine print.

Pac found a good loophole and exploited it, that's all.

They know that NSAC is able to defend them and they're able to weasel their way out of this since its less than 20 hours from the big fight. There's not much Team Mayweather can do.

It's fine it's moving forward, just a little underhanded. Nothing more.

No, it's 4:28 AM here. I'm off to bed in 5 mins tops.

I gotta get rested, I have to go out tomorrow afternoon.

Just reread the previous pages if you have time. It's clear what my argument is, what my stance is in all of this.
