No. The real reason was because Maidana showed no respect at all for Floyd, he was willing to be deducted a point, or two, be dirty out there. And Cotto, cut the ring much better than Pacquiao, and show much less respect than Pacquiao did tonight.

OP cannot see Floyd's straight punches to any part of the body, covering, angles nor footwork - can only see flurries killing air particles and occasional big shot.

If he was running, how'd he land so many punches?

He didn't look slow and ineffective when he was ducking the jab and landing the straight right wobbling Floyd, or when he was tagging Floyd out of nowhere with his left jab while battling a torn shoulder, he also didn't look ineffective when his head movement bambozzled Floyd and the compustats lied about the pitter patter glove shots.
What you saw was 2 people stand in the middle, Pac get the better of him, and Floyd changing his mind and running off, a few harmless jabs here and there and a few hooks in 2 rounds of 12 lol TBE sure...

Pac's that fast he can still land punches, you saw Floyd wince with every bodyshot and then get his head jolted around, in the ropes he was in full panic mode grabbing, elbows, running. Pac still cut him up, landed the only meaningful punches and watch the fight again to see the mockery that is compubox.

Floyd can run and throw punches - that was the whole angle with Roach *****ing about standing still and punching. Now we know why - Pac cannot deal with it.

Wish Floyd didn't clinch so much.

But yes, Manny should have been far more busier.

Definitely disappointed that Manny wasn't more active to make a better fight. But both of them are to blame for this fight being lackluster.

Mayweather outlanded him in every category. More jabs, more power punches, and more total punches.
