You're all embarrassing yourselves by trying to discredit Floyd.

We all know how he fights. That he neutralises his opposition and throws single punches and counters.

You thought Pacquiao could match Floyd, he couldn't. You people spent 5 years bigging Pacquiao up as the man Floyd was scared of, because Pacquiaos offence would trouble Floyd. It didn't trouble him at all.

Floyd fought how he always fights and made Pacquiao look one dimensional and basic. Floyd threw more punches, landed more punches, landed more power punches, took away Pacquiaos legendary offence and cruised to victory like he normally does. Most of the time he stood his ground in the middle of the ring controlling the centre, sometimes he moved to the ropes, and sometimes sat in the corner looking for the hook counter. Pacquaio had no answers to anything.

No, the fight wasn't all action, Mayweather is known to be a defensive fighter. It was Manny who was suppost to be able to be so overbearingly offensive that Mayweather wouldn't be able to cope.

But he coped and made Manny look like every other fighter he faces - ordinary.

Also, embarrassing that Pac tried to claim he won the fight, he took that loss awfully. For most of the fight he looked completely confused and was scared to throw punches.

Mayweather is a top 25 ATG, Pac shouldn't be embarrassed he lost to one of the best ever.

Yeah it was a masterclass. But it was a forgetful fight.

Floyd fought very well. I said few months ago that if Floyd fights similar to how he fought Canelo then Manny would find it very difficult to win and that's kind of what happened.

    Top 25 ?

Make that more like top 5 once his career is officially over for a few years.

He'll be known as the undefeated, five weight class champion and wizard of boxing.

He's made his career look easier than practically all of them.

    Really one of a kind.

Speak for yourself. I will thoroughly enjoy watching this fight for the rest of my days.

Watching Pacquiao's juggernaut offense being rendered ineffective is something all purists can appreciate.

This victory definitely vaults him up the ATG list.

He won but it was far from a masterclass. He was getting clipped with the right hand.

Pacquaio was actually able hurt him with an arm punch.

He is top 10 imo, but he will need to retire before he is appreciated.

When the dust settles in about 10-15 years, most will feel no matter how much they dislike him, they'll have to put him right up there, and there's absolutely no way I can see objective people placing him above TOP 10 ATG.

    Far from a masterclass?

81 of 429 punches landed at 18.8% connect percentage.

    Don't kid yourself.

Floyd outclassed him from start to finish. Disappointing performance from Manny though.

    Masterclass indeed. Pacquiao looked befuddled.
