    Floyd or SRR.

Because no fighter other than SRR has accomplished as much and has the same kind of dominance doing it.

Agreed. Dude is 38 making other ATGs look like journeymen. It's unreal, the defense is unreal. Pac looked no better than JMM.

Floyds resume is beautiful right now.

Lol not top 2 though. Definitely top 10

This is so ignorant that it's not even worth a reply but I'll give you some advice and tell you to read up more about boxing and watch more film. That way you will form some opinions based on actual knowledge and facts.

Now? as in after he just beat Manny?

Listen, you are aware that only Pacfans thought Pac had a chance against Floyd ?

Thus NO Floyd is not NOW one of the top two best boxers of all time, I could beat you for saying such a comment.

I feel like spanking you in front of the entire ESB forum for saying such a thing.

    You deserve it trust me.

There are so many to speak of its not fair to pick just one, however, not even picking a guy in my top 5 lets look at SRL ok?

SRL was a welterweight that went after the toughest match ups the experts claimed existed and he did it while going up in weight, correct? Personally I could never figure out why if Floyd is so great everyone thought Pac who was smaller than Floyd had a chance? It never made sense. The best of all time move up in weight and fight the best the weights above have to offer. Unless you want to say Ali is the best which I don't agree with as I dont think any Heavy weight comes close to SRR and many others.

Back to SRL, he went after guys that were heavier then himself not lighter or on the lighter side of his weight. He faced Hagler for crying out loud??? He faced Hearns for crying out loud. You claim that Floyd faced those types of challenges? Don't get me wrong, Floyd is amazing, for all we know he could be the BEST ever, but there is no way of telling that because he did not face the best guys that were his weight or above. He moved very conservatively into the weights above correct? As there is no way of telling that he has to be RATED on only the fighters that he has faced. Pac was knocked out by JMM already a few years back. Floyd already handled JMM, correct? Lets be fair on this subject, I don't want to send my hand through your computer and slap you right off your chair but I will if you don't apologize for your comments. If SRL had not fought Hearns and Hagler then NO WAY would I rate SRL ahead of Floyd but he did fight them and he beat them. They were super fights because the experts were totally divided about who would win.

Top 2 ATG Runners. And he's not even #1. Willie Pep got the top spot b/c he made it look easy. Willie Pep won a round without even throwing a punch. Floyd never did that, but he's definetly a solid #2 because no one else ever ran that much by far!

I agree with most of your post. But this is a cop out. Floyd tried to make the fight 2X before this one. This fight was almost cancelled because of a Mexican holiday or Top Rank's stupid ultimatum that Floyd sign or they move on. Floyd is likely partly to blame but how can any objective person not see Top Rank is equally to blame?

Scared. NO. Ducking. NO. Trying to get a better deal against Arum whom he sued? YES. Arum trying to get a better deal for his client? YES.

    For god sake's
Floyd would be the appetizer for the weakest of the fab four, Ronald Hearns.

He would be lucky to hear the final bell, let alone win a few rounds.

    :yep

Lol, his win over Manny today doesn't do that much for his legacy. Just like SRL's win over Hagler, or Money's win over Mosley.

Manny still has the better resume, and the history books will have him higher than Floyd I guarantee.

Around top 30 and this is coming from a fan of his. If he beat Golovkin I would move him closer to 20 or so.

Agree with people here saying that he didn't challenge himself. 5 years ago, he should've done everything he could to make the fight against Pacquiao happen. But he didn't, because Pacquiao was at his peak and had a proper chance of beating Mayweather. 5 years! What an absolute farce! He waited 5 years to box against a man that was smaller than him, knowing that his defensive style was going to see him through the older years, whereas using an attacking style like Pacquiao has throughout his career can be great to watch but diminishes over time.

SRL went against Hearns and Hagler.
Mayweather waited to fight a broken down Pacquiao.

Get Golovkin on Mayweather and if Mayweather outboxes him, then fair play. But his picking and choosing of opponents probably means that he never will fight him.
