i agree. everyone who spent $100 has to be feeling sick to their stomach. i thought mayweather would come to fight like a warrior and go for the knockout, i believed what his fans were saying.

who cares about the L, he runs and holds like a ******

klitschko does the same thing, its horrible to watch, at least this time he got points deducted, mayweather should have had those deducted as well.

Truth. Floyd really is the ultimate heel in boxing. It is a masterpiece. Dibiase-esque but taken to a crazy level. I've really tried to like Floyd. The thing with Floyd is it's not just one thing. If it was just the money flaunting, okay, if it was just the ducking Pac for 6 years, then you got the whole Drainelo saga. IMHO the guy is just making a mockery of the sport.

I mean, just fight dudes straight up, why pull all this chicken heel stuff. Floyd, make your money and ride off into the sunset. Undefeated whatever. but no, Floyd has to pull all these strings to protect his 0 and it's honestly scary. I truly believe Floyd would have a nervous breakdown and possibly end up in a mental faciitity if he ever suffered a loss. The guy is certifiable.

It doesn't matter if people don't love Floyd. All the people that claim they hate him, hang on to his every word and they order all of his fights. Floyd is still undefeated, he undressed the guy that he was supposed to be scared of and who he supposedly had to be forced to fight, and he walked home with a 9 figure paycheck. Meanwhile, Manny was made to look like a sparring partner and was reduced to being an excuse making, sore loser after the fight. Mayweather wins on all fronts.

Mayweather has one more fight, and then he's done. Afterwards, his critics will beg for him to return and fight fighter X who supposedly is vastly different from all the other guys he beat and has all the tools to beat him.

Lets be real though, honestly he "undressed Pac"?? How???

Pac was all over him in the 4th round. I mean I think that was the most dominant round of the whole fight and Pac won that round. Undressing someone is like what Maidana did to Broner. Dude got flat out beat up.

This was hardly an undressing. This wasn't Ali Liston. That was an undressing. Pac came to fight. Floyd didn't really do anything that special. Be real, if ur a Floyd fan, be happy but give props to Pac. Dude came to fight and took it to Floyd.

Mayweather will never appeal to the masses as his style is very economical and based of a sound defence and good movement and the ability to adapt. People like watching slugfests but fmj is not that fighter, add to that his flashy persona and women beating he is never going to be the hero.
    But he can box

Yep, the man has beaten them all, there's no more boogeymen no more nothing, he defeated the guy that was supposed to beat him and did so in ease pretty much, and yet we still have people hating and not giving the fighter his fair due. It's disgraceful.

I think only after Floyd retires will people come to their senses and start to appreciate what he was as a boxer.

How? He won damn near every round. He controlled the pace, and countered and defended beautifully. Mayweather is supposed to have trouble with speed and southpaws. Manny is a fast southpaw who is supposed to be a great offensive fighter. However, Pacquiao landed a mere 81 punches over 12 rounds.

Ha, Pac didn't get undressed because he had one good round?(I actually thought he had two good rounds). Just stop it.

Pac came to fight? The man averages 65 punches a round, and threw only 36 punches a round in this fight. He was clearly down big in the later rounds and still wouldn't let his hands go. How the hell is that coming to fight? Pacquiao is a great fighter and can beat just about any WW out there. However, he got outclassed here and basically lost his fighting spirit by the later rounds.

Most people in the back of their minds knew that Floyd would potshot, clinch, and run and win a boring decision. But everyone was hoping that Floyd would do something different this fight and be more aggressive. But it also wasn't Pac's best showing either. A very disappointing fight that will turn the mainstream away for a while.

Exactly, and his fans lap it up and the others hate him enough to pay to watch him hopefully lose. Masterclass business move by Mayweather otherwise he would have been another Winky Wright or Rigondoux. Too bad his legacy suffers, but I'm sure the $millions helps him cope.
