It's as if Floyd fans think we'll just forget about all the years of ducking. I mean Floyd was just ridiculous, he accused Manny of being on roids without any proof publicly, that's defamation. Then he continually ducked Manny Pacquiao when the world wanted the fight in their primes. It will always be a black eye in boxing because Floyd waited so long. What if Ali didn't fight Joe Frazier in MSG and decided to stall like Floyd. What if SRL never fought Duran or Tommy Hearns and made them wait? We wouldn't have ever had the most memorable fights ever.

Yeah I mean I'm glad Floyd finally stepped up and fought Pacquiao. He man'd up and good for him. And he won. That's great, but it doesn't erase everything he's done and all the strings he had to pull to get that 0. It's part of his legacy and will never be forgotten.

How? Because you didn't give credit to where it is due. Right from the beginning you started making excuses.

Fl0m0s will just never get it they still think Guerrero was an amazing win and ortiz and past prime mosley dlh.

He even says it from his own mouth "timing is everything" and he wasn't talking about punch timing or about money.

If you had a private talk with floyd he would tell you he fights them when the time is right for him to have all the advantages why wouldn't I dummy I want to win.

Okay, I believe Manny. The proof is there. I remember Manny taking 2 weeks off from sparring and training. Pacquiao's team said it was because they didn't want him to peak early. Then, in the fight, the cross, jab, and hook were nonexistent.

Manny thought he could win the fight with only his left hand. Rewind back to 2003 with Morales 1 and we saw the same result. Pacquiao tries to win with just his straight lead and Morales keeps him off with the jab and counters with the right hand all night. SAME thing happened last night.

And for Pacquiao to have the audacity to think he could go in there against the best fighter in the world and win off his straight left only? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Then you deserve to lose! Pacquiao completely deserved the loss thinking he could go in there under 100% and beat the best. It's disrespectful to Floyd and how great he is. Pacquiao needed to turn back the clock to beat Floyd, revert back to the aggressive, hungry fighter. Instead, he walked in overconfident, thinking this was a Chris Algieri he was in the ring with. Boy, did he find out quickly.

I can agree with that then, but the other 9-10 rounds were all floyd. He boxed brilliantly

It seems to me that boxing fans just arbitrarily decide when a fighter is "prime" or "past prime".

pac actually won with 1 hand.

morales never ran, went southpaw like a boss.

also, drained pac of blood only 1 time.

    apples and oranges.

if injury is true, then it was greater than i thought.

edit: and morales was never the bigger, faster, stronger guy. he wwas just the more skilled. that i had no problem admitting. stayed in the pocket for 12 rds like a boxing god..

the more i thought about it, the more it becomes a laughable performance by floyd: bigger, stronger, faster and juiced. ran for 12rds against midget who got drained of bllood non stop, might be injured too.

Pacquiao wasn't even a shadow of himself. It didn't even look like Pacquiao.

I expected to see a prime-like Mayweather and prime-like Pacquiao. Instead, I saw a Maidana-Floyd and the worst Pacquiao I've ever seen.
