He talks so much smack all of the time about everyone, he has said ridiculous things about Floyd for years and is constantly changing his tune to fit in with whatever he is feeling that particular day.

He has a weird obsession with befriending people who come to his gym like that really weird British kid, the guy who cornered Provodnikov and he is obsessed with being Pacquiao's father figure.

He does not come across as a loyal, genuine or particularly nice person. Floyd took Pac to school so I'm not sure what game plan Roach has been working on for the last 6 years....

There's a lot of truth to this.

I mean...I would never in a million years pay to watch Floyd fight Floyd.

    Pacquiao vs Pacquiao? Yes please.
    Fitzsimmons vs Fitzsimmons? Yes please.
    Greb vs Greb? Of course.
    Duran vs Duran?
    JCC vs JCC?
    SRR vs SRR?
    Hearns vs Hearns?
    Hagler vs Hagler?

I mean sheeeit... I never thought of it that way before. I guess I just prefer guys who fight to win rather than to not lose.

Its obvious that this is one of those Father-Son dynamics where the son can never live up to Pops expectation. It always has seemed that Sr. is living through Joy, measuring Floyd up to what Sr. wished his career could have been. I wish them luck

Yes. His always claiming Pacquiao will win by KO and has constantly said rubbish about Mayweather.

There was no injury. If he had a tear in his shoulder, he shouldn't fight and postpone it for September. And a reported bashed both many and arum saying why still go in the fight with a tear injury with a huge fight that the fans pay hard earn money?

I agree it's time for Floyd to retire, i mean what else is gonna do? He'll never ever see a payday like last night, he's cemented himself as the best of his generation, time to walk away

I also think that would be a good thing for the fans. May-Pac era ended last night, time for a newer generation to take over the sport

So what was Ellerbe talking about when he said he knew what was going on in Pac's camp? Also, delaying this fight may not have felt like an option for them. This wasn't just a fight on CBS afterall.
