Nsac wasn't inform by team pacquiao. Pac even didn't tell max in the post fight interview but was finally heard about the injury when pac was in the locker room. It's bs.

    He hasn't done so.

20 years as a pro and he hasn't done it. Ridiculous.

I gave 3 rounds to Pac, but no round was a clear dominance to either fighter. Neither fighter was really trying. Almost felt like it was fixed. Fluke fight of the decade

I have yet to rewatch the fight (and I sure will), but actually it was very surprising for me to see how the majority thinks Floyd had an easy and clear-cut night. I was watching the fight in a pub with approximately 30-40 other people and the general conclusion was that it was a very close fight with a slight edge for Floyd, but some saw a draw.

I think there can be a solid argument to give Pac rounds 3,4,6,9,10 and 12. Only 4 and 6 are clear Pac rounds, that is sure, but it is not unreasonable to give any of the other close rounds to him. In fact, if you compare the scorecards of those fans who saw Mayweather winning clearly by a 4 points margin, you will see disagreement among them and some of them giving Pac round 3 or 9 or 10 or 12.

I myself had it 115-114 Mayweather last night, I also feel that he deserved the win, but I could not see the wide margin everyone is talking about. I will rewatch, maybe I had too many beers yesterday :)

So did he win the fight because Floyd unexpectedly ran or did he lose decisively because of his shoulder?

I respect manny as a human being and he is an absolute mythical boxer but I actually cringed at his post-fight interview and even more so at that terrible press conference. He could barely even find a sentence to congratulate floyd. Every single time 'my shoulder, my shoulder' not once 'because mayweather made it difficult to...' It was unreal and I was very surprised.

Floyd gave a lot of props to Maidana after the first fight, he did come out with his 'I did it for the fans' but at the same time praised Maidana for his efforts and acknowledged he created problems.

Pacquiao's best round was 4, the round after the round he claimed he got injured in. I don't doubt Pacquiao had a sore shoulder but do you really believe this was a Maravilla 'no knees' Martinez situation? He looked pretty formidable to me, it wasn't the reason he lost and would always lose if he approached it with that strategy and cautiousness.

they're not going to allow an opportunity for the news of Pac being injured to get out to Floyd's camp before the fight...

The thing that makes me think the shoulder injury could be legit is because the absence of the right hand in the fight. Either Pac is completely shot after his KO loss, or something was off. I've seen Pac walk threw bombs to get off combinations. Floyd didn't touch Manny nearly hard enough to make Pac hesitant to throw unless, again, he's mentally gone or he had an injury.

Credit to Pacquiao for not having a glass chin, haha. Mayweather wore the smallest grant gloves since a long time for this fight. Most likely to lay it down on Pacquiao, so it was a smart move.

Pacquiao was asked about Floyd's power in the post-fight presser and said, "I hurt him many times in the fight, but he didn't hurt me," and said it wasn't strong like Cotto, Margarito, etc.

What do we make of Floyd's power? Obviously it was enough to make Pac not want to take risks. Though, if Manny was willing to risk and eat Cotto's, Margarito's punches, and he says Floyd wasn't as powerful, then why not take risks with him? Timing probably!

    Didn't see Floyd hurt, once.

Floyd has good power. Not great. He hits harder than Pac though.

    1. when they accused of being on peds, pac was rampaging on multiple weight classes.

    2. but his opponents, oscar, hatton, cotto, clottey, margarito they were never drained of blood. and they could also be on peds.

    3. pac beat all his opponents in dramatic fashion, in a weight class in his 7th division, one in his 8th.

    4. pac also shutout mosley, an admitted ped user, and knocked him down. so if you take peds for peds, and even playing field if you will, pac won by landslide.

    now fastforward to 2015:
    5. a juiced up to the gills floyd vs a blood drained, non juiced up pacman, who might even be injured, pac still won by an astonishing 8-4 margin.

    6. amazingliy, pac was fighting in his 7th div vs. a guy in his 5th.

    7. a juiced up, bigger, stronger, faster guy ran from a blood drained, devoid of peds, midget who might even be injured.

    8. never kod/tkoed (obviously) the midget. not even hurt once.

    9. never even stayed in the pocket and counter, never traded with the midget.

    10. never attacked the body (ok, tried at least but got shutdown pretty quick), no infighting.

11.no pull counters, no shoulder roll, no bob and weave, no combos of more than 2 punches and other all time offensive/defensive skills. noting, none, nada.

what floyd showed in the fight was:

    12. he can flick his left hand to hit pacman;'s gloves. not really scoring blows. no snapping head jabs.

    13. he can throw grazing right hands, nothing hit flush, nothigng spectacular. nothing worth mentioning.

    14. he can do a pretty good impression of clotteys turtle shell (pretty much the highlight of floyd;s night).

    15. floyd fans were right in one aspect: he was bigger, faster, stronger....against the canvass.

    16. short of a ko, pretty much went toe to toe with tthe canvass. im sure the ring will require a new canvass for the next fight.

what pac showed/ did in the fight against all odds, the whole deck stacked against him.

    17. midget was teh aggressor and landed the more telling blows and landed the harder punches.

    18. landed a counter that staggered a juiced up, bigger, stronger opponent to the ropes.

    19. pretty much won every exchanges along the ropes as his opponent would rather than trade than his disadvantaged opponent which has limited his punch output, enough work got the job done.

    conclusion:
a severely drained of blood and who might be injured pacman maybe 2 or 3 levels above his juiced up opponent, a guy who is naturally bigger, faster and stronger, in a weight class clearly not his natural and still won by clear margin.

pacman vs. floyd in an even playing field, even at a weight class not pac;'s optimum, pac by stoppage.

clearly pacman, levels above floyd by a mile. not debatable.:deal

He's got underrated power, he doesn't throw enough to really seriously hurt guys often because he's a safe fighter, but every fight it seems like the plan is pressure, swarm him, etc and every fight guys don't do it. THat right hand keeps his opponents honest, and gives them a r eason to not rush in
