I'm assuming this is why your not a professional judge, mind you theres nothing wrong with your honesty and your entitled to your opinion unfortunately a good majority of the boxing public disagree with you. Myself and two former world champs I spoke with after that (angel manfreddy & joe the snake ingrasami ) had the fight 8-4 Floyd.

Morales was shot after pac beat him right? Lots osfpeople think Morales was in decline when he beat Pacquiao. After all Morales lost to ATG Raheem before Pac could conquer El Terible. FACT!

Everyone has opinions, depends on who they wanted, you have legendary trainers, ex world champs etc all saying Pac deserved it.

Maybe it's because Pac changed his game plan he is penalised and maybe because Mayweather did what we all expected him to do he was rewarded, for me he didn't do anywhere near enough. When you look overall there were a good 4-5 very very close rounds so do you reward aggression or do you reward running? we expect Mayweather to do what he did so in the minds of Vegas that's him winning the round.

There was no dominant winner is what I will say, I had Pac up by 2 but it wasn't a performance I hoped for, but even if I thought Floyd won I would say it was a pretty hopeless performance which shouldn't be acknowledged as a masterclass. A close fight with shocking scorecards, no matter what though I can't make a case for Floyd winning and I watched it 3 times now, twice with no sound.

Morales was shot when Pac beat him.

You keep saying things that I already know, but I've never criticized them for.

I give Manny no credit at all for beating Morales. He was finished.

OK, so we established a shot morales beat a prime Pacquiao. The version of Pac floyd easily beat is barely any better than Baldomir by the numbers. I don't see the problem. Pac was beat by two shot figters fairly easily --- 38 year Floyd and Raheem owned Morales.

Or, are you saying Floyd is in his prime?

The point of the thread is to give credit to Morales. He's the only man to beat prime Pacquiao.

    Nobody else has.

Domination was null and void in this bout....I can agree with that however most who know Floyd come to expect the performance he put on none expected Manny to look so pedestrian and ineffective. Wasn't so much what mayweather did it was how little manny offered.

    That knockout took him forever.

But he was really at his best back in the mid 2000s when he was at featherweight.

Oh Pac is past his prime now? How convenient. So basically Pac was in his prime only on the day Morales fought him or on days he won right? So JMM KTFO6 Pac was past Pac's prime too?
