I always expected a floyd victory but was genuinely shocked by how easily he did it.

Pitchers in MLB hide and play through injuries ALL THE TIME. It's a part of their competitive spirit and they get PAID even if they miss 3 months. If Pac had called off the fight, and the shoulder injury was something he couldn't recover from, then he'd have lost the entire paycheck.

But boxing is an entirely different beast. No one from Team Dawson went around telling people that he was KO'd in sparring by Edison Miranda. Why? Instant advantage to the other team. In boxing, you always maintain that it's your best camp ever leading up to a fight.

Also, all sparring partners must sign confidentiality agreements. Which was probably kicked up a notch for this fight coming in.

It's weird that all the "running" and clinching was too get off the ropes, at the last few seconds of the round, or in the 12th when the fight was all but over...smh

You know the thing that ****es me off the most? That Manny didn't disclose his injury and that the fight "may" have been affected by it (Floyd still wins IMO with or without the injury), and in the process may have fooled all the people who bought the PPV into thinking that the fight would be between two fighters without injury, 100% healthy, and competitive. Now he comes out and tells us that he's freaking 60% only? Give me a break. You just fooled a lot of people into thinking that you were fully ready (if you really had that injury). If it was up to me I would return all of that money you just made to the people who bought the fight.

IIRC back in April, there was a rumor floating around that Pac was sparring with only his left hand.

What does Pacquiao and Co expect to gain from this?

Sympathy and a rematch. Hell no.

If it was that had don't fight. They clearly believed he was fit enough to go and all the talk beforehand was how he was going to KO Mayweather.

He fought got beat and fight wasn't close.

    No rematch!!!

Pacquiao "if he stays, i can throw a lot of panches"

    Bernsten "i can't image a rematch after tonight's performance"

Lampley "a clear Floyd Mayweather win"

    Carl Froch "one-sided ass whooping"

    Lederman 117-111

    Farhood 118-110

Pac fans "Floyd was running" :yikes

If this was the other way around nobody would entertain it!!

Floyd would just be a liar and a sore loser therefore Pac is the same in my eyes.

He made decision to fight regardless of anything and he LOST, nothing more needs to be said...

Excellent footwork and body movement by Mayweather. Manny Pacquaio missed almost everything he threw. :rofl
