look my fellow F l o m o s, i agree that Pac should've given Floyd more credit post fight instead of saying 'he didn't do nothing' but at least stop claiming shoulder is a joke. Now, after more info is coming out, it really looks like it was an issue. I'm not saying this would've changed the outcome of the fight but it could've been different fight. The fact that Pac only threw 430 punches is weird and it can't all be explained by Floyd being elusive. I think part of it was tactics but i'm now thinking shoulder had a role too. I certainly don't expect pac to have thrown > 1,000 punches like he did vs clottey, but 430? If you f l o m o s must admit this was odd.

Not really-but it explains the lack of punches thrown by Manny-it also shuts up the idiots who think that Manny was feigning the injury-as CONFIRMED by USADA.

 

People can spin it anyway they want. However, Manny was ranked #2 or #3 in just about every p4p ranking. He was also the highest rated challenger at WW, and most of the fans thought he would win. All the excuses about shoulder injuries and age won't change that. Forever and ever, whenever anyone looks at the official records, Mayweather will own a win over Pacquiao.

Yahoo put together a panel before this fight and the ranked the greatest fighters ever. Mayweather came in at 19 and Manny was tied for 22nd. So more than likely, Mayweather will always rank ahead of Manny in the ATG lists, and Mayweather will go down as one of the greatest fighters ever.

 

He needs to stop parading that shoulder injury around like it means anything.

If it was that serious, he should have postponed it. He threw that right hook many times.

I don't get why boxing instead of toe-to-toe is less appreciated. You have to be a man to get in that ring. It's stupid to stand there and give your opponent the fight he wants. It's just STUPID. I'm sorry that's why it's called the sweet science.

Manny's post fight quote sums up the fighter he wants, "if he stand there i can throw lots of punches". WTF? So can Provodnikov. So can Maidana. So can anybody who just entered boxing. That doesn't take skill. It doesn't. That's the kind of opponents he's been spoon fed at Top Rank.

Manny is a special fighter but damn act like a professional for gosh sakes.
