So here's what I've been able to gather:

1) Pac sustained an injury within a couple of months of the fight. He got an MRI, etc.
2) Doctors looked at it and they felt with proper training Pac could fight
3) Pac got a sign off from a doctor to fight
4) On friday, before the fight, boxers fill out medical questionnaires for their safety so doctors can monitor them. Pacquiao did not disclose any injuries. See MVC's thread of the filled out questionnaire by Pacquiao. This is the point of contention. Nobody, includig Floyd's camps were made aware of the injury.
5) 90 minutes before the fight, Pac's camp asks to use drugs for the injury.
6) NSAC disallowed it because they were not informed of any injuries the day prior.
7) Pac says he reaggravated the shoulder in the 4th (another article says 3rd)
8 ) Next day examination, results in "SIGNIFICANT TEAR" requiring surgery

I'll leave at that without my usual bias

Add the fact that PAC's shoulder was clearly injured. :deal
