pac's improved defense was probably due to injury. he was protecting himself and just trying to land the left for the ko hence they were both in defensive mode resulting to poor fight. floyd is a very defensive fighter because he lacks power which is common to most defensive boxers. pac is normally aggressive with high punch output. he became defensive in fighting floyd.

Andre Ward beat string of world champions with a torn rotator cuff before getting surgery.

Not all rotator cuff tears are debilitating...as could clearly be seen by Pacquiao throwing plenty of punches and appearing to have full mobility of his injured arm on Saturday.

Compare that to Vitali who said his rotator cuff tear was so bad that he could barely see straight, or lift his arm properly

Even if Pac had a broken toe, I bet he would never remove a shoe like Haye in the ring. It's too bad because Haye was probably the best chance to detrone Wlad. But then the toe...

Oh please. So what if there was a mole? If the shoulder was an issue, then Pacs team should have spoken up. Pac had his chance and blew it.

    Exactly.

    I expected it.
I was hoping for an upset, but had no illusions.
More realistically I hoped Mayweather would try to dominate Pacquiao a bit more than that, but he stayed with the minimal approach.

Look it doesn't even really matter. He fought, he lost, end of. Injury or no injury, he stepped in to the ring and got beat. That's all she wrote, folks.

Time to put this long running soap opera to bed, don't ya think?

thats because Mayweather does just what is needed to win, if pac really is injured and they fought again healthy im sure Floyd would do more, i mean it looked like he hardly had tovwork for the win at times

-he got the injury 3 weeks ago (damn everyone's been saying this even ellerbe and ariza)
-he didn't use his right arm for 3 weeks (see the media workout, sparring only with his left hand) hoping it would heal
    -injury flared during the fight.

Im sorry but YES it is Pac's job to postpone he is not just somebody's dog.
In all honesty I do not blame him for choosing the money IF this is a legit situation, however he cheated LOTS!! of people here, all Floyd did was go out and convincingly beat another opponent same as he always does!!! No matter what u think of him he's coming out of this smelling like roses! whilst the smell of bulls**t coming from arounds Pac's camp is getting stronger and stronger.

Anything can happen in a boxing match. You don't know what will happen until they fight. If it was so predictable then there would be no need for anyone to fight...

example : no one thought that Mosley would rock Floyd had have him reeling in round 2.

example : no one thought htat Maidana would come that close to beating Floyd

    etc etc etc

two judges scored 4 rounds for Pac. i scored the same. you can give Pac some of the close rounds if you go by aggressiveness. but i didn't and just gave him 4 rounds.
