    I don't think it will be Khan or Brook. Floyd doesn't need to prove anything anymore after Saturday. He'll take a wind down fight to fulfill his contract for 49-0. Maybe Thurman or Garcia, both SHO fighters.

    He will fight for 50-0 though and depending on how the injury plays out, it will likely be a rematch with Pac. I really don't care to see it but why would you not break the record instead of tying it?

    My thoughts on what he will do-

    Wait and see if Cotto beats Geale and if he does (but doesn't look sensational), Cotto will be next.

    If Cotto loses -

    If he must fight in September, then it'll be Danny Garcia.

    If he can get away without fighting until next may, it'll be a Pacquiao return bout.

    It feels a bit like marmite that I'm good with the Khan fight, but not particularly thrilled with it.

    There seem to be two lines of thinking- those that ridicule Khan v Mayweather and those that think it's a real fight for him. :think

    Why would he fight Thurman? he's the most dangerous opponent out of the 4 names you mentioned?

    The easiest fight would be against Garcia. I think brook and Khan both need to fight more live dogs at WW to gauge how good they really are in the division. Up to this point, Brook does have the much bigger win in the weightclass compared to Khan.

    If he stays at 147 for 1 more the Khan fight could be big.

    Brook is the riskiest at 147 however.

    Lara the riskiest at 154.

    Why do Brook and Khan need to fight more live dogs to gauge how good they are and Thurman is seen as the "most dangerous". On paper their best wins are: Thurman -Guerrero, Brook -Porter, Khan - Alexander- all of them won comfortably too.

    Although I agree, I can't see anything Garcia has that Mayweather won't have a field day with.

    You know, I really think Lara is not that difficult a style match at all for Mayweather. I actually think James Kirkland would give Mayweather are rougher night than Lara.

    Def Brook or Thurman are the best fights. Bradley is a big name out there still to be taken. But those three, in that order.
