I don't really know how these shots work. Can it be designed to make one just take more pain in general and give them a 'superman' mentality?

    Explain please.

Manny injury will not prepare him for the Mayweather fight. I want to see a rematch, but I only want to see it if both fighters are 100% injury free, and that's not going to happen. Pacquiao should retire now.

I thought Manny was lying until the well known surgeon confirmed the injury.

    Facts:
    world renowned Surgeon confirms injury.
rumors about ****ty training camp were true
governing bodies knew about the injury and the medicine requests are true

I think it's safe to assume Manny was really hurt during the fight.
That's not an excuse though since they had the option to delay/cancel the fight.
If they cancel the fight and Manny gets surgery I think the public would have understood and there potentially could have been even MORE build up for the fight.
Instead Manny went into the fight with one arm knowing he couldn't even SPAR much less fight on a high level.
    They took the money basically.

There have been many in the past with passion, and they were warriors or whatever you want to call them. They retired, and cant speak clearly, and people will get on this very forum, and talk very bad about some of them. We live in a work smarter not harder era.
There was a thread the other day about how Chavez was overrated. Not many fought with more heart than he did.
I've read how the great Marquez roided up. and stepped on Manny's foot to win.

Maybe so, but that will not mitigate the pre-fight deception if complaints are filed and litigated.

I agree. I am not seeing the case for being affected by the so-called injury. He got in there an realized he was in there with the better fighter. It's his confidence that was injured. If the game plan was based on him just being faster, hitting harder and Floyd's legs being shot...shame on Roach. They forgot how fast Floyd is, that he can punch when he wants, that's he is crazy accurate, slick as hell, and guess what...he still has legs. He was standing in front of Manny with his hands down, for most of the fight! That's how confident he was. After the first round, you could see the disappointment on Manny's and Roach's faces.

Maidana, in the first fight, just didn't give a fock. He fought an ugly dirty fight. But, the point is fought HIS fight and made Floyd adjust to it, which took about 5 rds. They should have watched that particular fight a lot more.

You could see in that fight that Mayweather could of done a lot more damage to Pacquiao if he really wanted to. I was surprised how easy this fight was for Mayweather. Rematch would be the same, maybe worse for Pacquiao.

Jr. beats all the rest of the Mayweathers and comfortably so. Roger is the second best and he doesn't stand a chance in hell either.

Pacquiao loses my respect as a fighter either way,

If he's making this whole thing which is possible, he's a sore loser. And I believe he is, because he showed no signs of injury at the weigh in either. He was flexing and bending. And had his hands up to the crowd like it was fine. Flexed all his muscles at the weigh in like he was fine and threw combos like he was fine. Then he's saying he injured it in the third round. But if that's true then why would a mole in camp matter?

If he's not and he actually was injured, then he fooled fans into buying the fight of the century and made his whole country and boxing fans around the world, watch a fight that was six years in the making become a complete mismatch, just to get that check. There's no way you think you're going to beat the best fighter in the world, when you're not 200%, you have virtually no chance if you're injured. And that's a pretty scumbag thing to do. Lying about your condition while promotimg all this stuff about "glory be to god" ****.

I can't wait until he gets out of the sport. Either way he messed up what was supposed to be the biggest fight of our era.

Outclassed because of lack of effort, or disadvantaged because of his arm. He dropped the ball and I hope boxing makes him pay for it.

That's no ATG. there's no other ATG that would do that. When Leonard got spanked, he accepted defeat. When Ali lost to Frazier, he accepted defeat. Ray Robinson lost to Lamotta he accepted it, and they all came back better and refined with better game plans.

Manny Pacquiao is a con artist. And should be ashamed of himself. I said before the fight that I'd be pi$$ed and never would forgive Floyd for doing to Pac what he did to Ortiz, even though it was legal. Because in a fight of this size, semantics go out the window and you do it straight up. And that goes for Pac as well. I won't forgive him for this and boxing shouldn't either.

Pac****s or *****s, whatever. You should all be fight fans first. And we should all respect boxing first. Manny has disrespected the sport and its highest stage, and that is unforgivable.

So Pac paid off the surgeon, the sparring partner, and Ellerbe?

    STFU, idiot.
