Probably not. Duran was better than everyone Floyd has fought, but he doesn't have the same work ethic and mental focus as Floyd. Duran was the type of guy to lose a fight that he shouldn't have because he didn't train properly or because he just wasn't focused(i.e his loss to Kirkland Laing).

Yep, even Duran at less than his best would almost certainly beat everyone Floyd's beaten. Judah might win a couple early rounds before taking a beating. Marquez might make for a good chess match for parts of the fight but Duran would equal his resourcefulness, and his offense would be way too much. Shane's speed and strength would make for a great fight, but he didn't have the length or defence or cool head needed to beat a fighter as complete as Duran. By far the only guy with the style to beat Duran would be Oscar. And Oscar's the guy who always competed well against but could never beat the true elites he faced. Though Duran could beat Floyd and of course is pretty much the fighter we've all been imagining Pac would be for Floyd, considering Duran's relative flaws I'd take Floyd over him however.

I see Judah, Baldomir, Guerrero, and Ortiz handing Roberto KO losses.

Yes easily, but the reverse is not true.

Duran would rip through Floyd's resume. Old and shot and blown-up fighters like Oscar, Mosley, Marquez, Pac, Gatti, Hatton etc wouldn't last three rounds with a 1980-83 Duran. Castillo at lightweight would be obliterated. Cotto could give a reasonable account of himself but be grossly out-manuevered by the much faster-footed Duran, and Canelo would be Davey Moore'd!

Probably not. But the question should be 'how many losses would Floyd have if had to go through Durans resume?'. I dare say more than Duran had.

I think if you only count Duran's fights from JMW on down, Floyd would fare about as well, if not better than, Duran.

Put all Floyd's opponents in a 100ft ring and Duran would beat the f*ck out of all of them at the same time.
