If he was injured then he should have declared it so that people could make an informed choice on whether they still wanted to buy the PPV or event tickets or place a bet. It would seem dishonest not to let people know and I do think respect has been lost.

 

Bolded thought crossed my mind as well, that because Pac's camp did not indicate injury day before fight on form, NSAC was not allowed to give Pac shot for pain.

I always knew that the minute he fought Floyd it was going to be over for him. This loss is turning into the darkest chapter of his boxing career. To play devil's advocate, how are they going to verify the content of the medication 90 minutes before a fight? You know Floyd would have objected to it.

 

Yeah I'm not sure exactly what the rules were, whether the form prevented the NSAC from allowing the shot. Of course if Pac's side knew TMT knew about the injury, then they really had no reason to not admit there was an injury on the form.

The public needs answers tbqh and I don't have enough faith in the NSAC to expect they will give them, but I certainly hope we get them.

Also keep in mind that Pac didn't ever mention the shoulder to my knowledge. He didn't blame anything on the shoulder, either in the post fight interview OR in the press conference. It was only Roach who mentioned the shoulder, so if you are being fair Manny himself never used that as an excuse, and I think that's important to point out.
