    Your honor,

My clients are Manny Paquiao's, the defendant's, fans. They are Americans of all ethnicities: filipinos, african-americans, chinese, caucasians, pacific islanders ... In total they helped this fight generate an estimated 1/2 to 3/4 billion dollars in revenue.

My clients bet over 250M dollars on this fight for their favorite fighter, the defendant. We have come to learn that the defendant was only 50-60% capacity to fight and fought in pain. Keep in mind this is a sport where a pound can provide a significant advantage to an opponent. The defendant Manny sustained a torn roator cuff injury 3 weeks before the fight. He and his team deceived the public by falsifying an NSAC pre-fight medical questionairre without mention of that injury. The injury did not become known until 90 minutes before the fight when the defendant requested pain killers. They presented a doctor's prescription describing the injury and and treatment needed. The NSAC denied on the grounds that the defendant's team did not disclose the injury and they did not have time to validate the medication.

The defendants continued with the fight knowing Manny Pacquiao was at 50% readiness against the world's #1 P4P UNDEEATED fighter of 20 years. The Michael Jordan era of his era if you will

[objection your honor. The only thing they have in common is a shaved head]

    [Overruled. I'm a ***** biotch]

Boxing is a brutal sport in which fighters punch and intentionally hurt each other over 36 grueling minutes. Each punch, each clinch, each miss, each movement exacerbates the torn rotator cuff injury the defendant. The defendants said they PLEADED with NSAC to approve the use of elephant strength "pain killers".

    [objection]

    [Ill grant it]

    Xylocaine your honor.

The defendant was not only in no condition to fight. He fought with pain. In a post fight examination, the condition of the defendant's torn rotator cuff was raised to SIGNFICANT TEAR and requires immediate surgery with 9-12 months of rehabilitation. In short, the fight should have never happened. They falsified documents. Requested "pain killers" for the fight. And even when their pleas were denied, they continued with the fight. The defendant's cast is an artifact of the surgery. They duped the public and ran with the money.

We ask our fans be fully compensated for bets that were made under fixed fights laws in the state of Nevada. My clients had a snowball's chance in hell of winning.

    [objection]

    [careful prosecurtor. granted]

Your honor the opponent was Floyd Mayweather, arguably one the best fighters that has ever lived. Floyd was the favorite to win the fight. As if that were not enough of an obstacle, Manny Pacquiao was at 50% capacity, by his own admission.

The outcome of the fight had only one result. Floyd Mayweather winning.

Of course he is liable. By entering the ring he lied to millions of PPV customers, live gateaudience and the casinos/betting companies.

I expect bettors who bet millions on Pac to fleece him in court. Their bets went awry because Pac went into the ring *KNOWING* he wasn't fit to fight.

So when were the NSAC, Mayweather's camp, and the bookies made aware of this "injury"?

Bookies don't bet. That's why they make odds. The bookies make money either way. And online Sportsbooks aren't the same as Vegas.

  6. Did the same to Bradley, Marquez and Morales.

Vitamins on the day of aren't going to help you in a fight. I have no idea why Pac brought that up, he just needs to stop talking.

The commision is taking the necessary precautions to prevent cheating. Ask MargaCHEATO he should know.

Why do you waste your time with him?

Don't you realize how angry he is all the time?

He never gets tired of trolling.

And Mayweather will continue to win and he will continue to spew his nonsense and continue being mad. Just ignore it like I do and it'll be good.

As long as you don't bite, the troll just dies out. :rofl:lol:

If you noticed he;s not religious anymore. Floyd is the only one that thanked God during the post fight. Pac thanked his fans for pretending he won

I was rooting for him to lose, but this is true. I'm not a fan of Pac but I wanted to see him shut Floyd up. However, the injury thing is very David Haye-esque

Edit: He posted it on his twitter, facebook, and instagram 25 minutes ago

Not true. They notified USADA but USADA is a testing agency and has no oversight on fights. Why Bob even brought up telling USADA is stupid. He should know the difference between the state commission and an independent testing agency.

NSAC already disputed your claim that they were informed. They were surprised 90 minutes before the fight.

I think its an asian thing. They are highly highly defiant in defeat. They have a culture and mentality of not accepting being beaten, losing in competition means losing face.

I think western cultures are more willing to openly admit defeat and praise your opponent for their win.

You should study more about how Compubox numbers are generated.
And also study about why Olympic rules are vastly different from professional boxing rules.
