I think Khan has improved a bit since he has been with Hunter. He is fast but I still think if you throw with him just as Garcia did you are going to catch him. He shut Alexander out but if I remember correctly he walked straight on to one of Alexander's shots and it rocked him a bit. Alexander isn't exactly powerful.

I don't know where people get the idea that Khan is some master technician.

They proposed June 13th as the EARLIEST date for Wembley Stadium. Thats a few days before ramadan. He fought ONCE during Ramadan and he got KO'd, can't you get that in you thick head that he LEARNED his lesson to not EVER do it again? You make mistakes in life and you learn from them, he clearly doesn't want to make that mistake again does he.

Who gives a **** about his skype stuff, just because he's religious doesn't mean he's perfect.

He'll have to wake up at around 2am eat food, then fast till 10pm whilst just praying and other stuff. It really messes up your body, metabolism etc. Hence he didn't want to go into 20hour plus fasts a few days after Brook or go into the fight of his life straight after a 30 day fast. It's just not possible, he needs at least a month to recover and get his body back into normality and then he can safely enter a brutal camp, unless your a elite world level athlete and fast don't tell me its possible.

I don't think Khan is a better boxer than Mayweather

Mayweather is far more versatile and can deal with a larger range of opponents.

I just think that Khan has the tools to upset Mayweather. Thats all

Hes fast, has a good jab, good reach, and controls distance well.

I don't think thats an outlandish opinion

Malinaggi, who is an excellent boxing ****yst, happens to feel the same way.

I think its far more outlandish to think that Mayweather is the best boxer, therefore no one has a chance to beat him

That seems to be your stance ha ha

He's an elite level boxer but Floyd is better, nobody is doubting that. But as we know with boxing and history backs this up, the best boxer doesn't always wins and styles make fights.

It be intersting to see him against algeiri, I think the 140 khan would be more of a threat to mayweather and would have stopped algeiri.
The ways hes going hes just being a bit more tough to beat, hell probably be able to get by the likes of maidana and that easier.
I was impressed against alexander and he looked more his old self while having a few more tricks, he should stop algeiri though.

Hang on, he fought Scott Lawton during Ramadan and WON, we didn't hear anything about the negative effects of Ramadan back then, only when he lost to Prescott we had the excuse.

As for the Skype stuff, yes it is rather stupid and not boxing related but it does raise questions about him and his faith.
surely if he is religious as you say and we should respect him for it surely cheating on your wife with a webcam model on Skype and exposing your mini kievs to the world isn't very religious?

there is no religious reason for Khan not to fight, train, work during Ramadan.

    You actually have a point

He doesn't just go for it like he did against Roach so he probably won't stop Algieri but hes less likely to be KO'd against lesser power punchers

But I think having good defense isn't a liability, especially with a chin like his ha ha

Floyd would just time Khan after a few rounds.

Khan's jab is decent, nothing more.

naw its good for him in general, i think he beats danny garcia hadily now, but he's not as tricky with his movement anymore, itl be tight to actually straight outbox mayweather which is more the approach there going with.

Firstly it's up to khan to decide whether he should observe Ramadan. Whether he fought during Ramadan before is irrelevant.

Why people bring up other 'sins' to try and dispel his faith I have no idea.

Khan is human like everyone else and 1 sin is better than two and so on.

He times people so well because hes always controlling range

Then when people try to come at him, he catches them coming in

This wouldn't be the case with Khan

I believe that Khan would win the battle of range control, which would take Mayweather out of his game

Then he'd have to start aggressively trying to land counter shots to KO khan when Khan is throwing.

He could pull it off, but it would very difficult and I personally don't think he can do it

The way I see it, Khan would be a nightmare for Mayweather

Khan isn't better at range than Floyd.
