Floyd Mayweather vs. Amir Khan speculation & discussion

Its hard to say, Both are great at controlling range, of course Floyd better at handling pressure, But if you stand off Khan he controls range it very well too..

 

I am replying to people who tell me I should respect his decision not to fight in September or not to have taken the Brook fight because of religious reasons and respect him for his religious devotion.

I'm sorry but issues away from boxing are important if they conflict with his religion because he is bringing regions beliefs into boxing and saying they are reasons for certain decisions.

Can't have it both ways, I shouldn't be expected to respect him for observing Ramadan and his devotion to his religion while he is whacking off on Skype with a cam girl.

As stated on this thread earlier, Ramadan is no reason NOT to fight but Khan has said it is but has fought before during Ramadan.

Look maybe if he was clearer about what he is saying there would be no confusion or misunderstanding.

 

But there are a few things Khan is on par or now at Floyd's age is better, as in, Hand speed, Foot speed, More effective Jab, Work rate, Stamina, Controlling range..

 

It's not hard to say at all. Floyd is better at controlling range than Khan. People go on about Khan's speed and reach troubling Floyd, but the reality is that Floyd is the one with the longer reach.

All I hear about Khan is his speed. I never hear about his skills and technique.

 

Khan doesn't have the more effective jab, and he's not better at controlling range. You're delusional.

To see who is better

Furthermore, if Mayweather won he would likely win by KO so it would exciting

So its a good fight on paper as far as style match up and would likely be pretty exciting

Don't see why people are against it
