Skip Bayless is an idiot. He said that if there is no knockdown than the round is scored for the aggressive fighter. That of course is a bunch of nonsense that he made up. The man wouldn't honor his bet with Stephen A. because he claims Manny won based on his bogus and made up scoring criteria. He's just as much of a sore loser as his boy Manny.

Insightful look into the mind of Floyd Mayweather. Doesn't seem like someone with any ill will towards Pacquiao despite these latest media rumors about Pacquiao being a sore loser and all that.

What he said about Canelo at the end is a complete lie. If you do your research you'll know that Canelo was asked about a catchweight to fight Floyd before Floyd moved up to 154 to fight Cotto. At that time, Floyd was fighting at 147 and it was a fair question.

However, Floyd went on to fight Cotto at 154 without any catchweight, and not only that made a big deal about it not being a catchweight. But then went back to what Canelo said before that and used it as a starting point for negotiations.

The way he says it in that interview makes it seem like Canelo offered to fight Floyd at a catchweight. Complete BS, the guy is lying to ya'll and your buying it. You can tell Floyd feels guilty about what he did there, why else would he bring up the Canelo catchweight out of the blue.

These are like Floyd's therapy sessions. Floyd's a brilliant businessman but carries around a lot of guilt on those shoulders.

Every time someone from "their team" makes a statement on camera or releases a statement to the media it just makes them look completely incompetent and foolish. Here's an example..."We will take a drug test anytime anywhere anyplace", oh but then later..."not within 30 days, not within 21 days, not within 14 days of the fight", "Manny is afraid of needles", does anyone remember the infamous video with Freddie Roach telling Shane Mosley "unless you can get down to 142 143, no fight!" And then you go on to the other negotiations when team Pacquiao says..."we can't fight in May because we need to build extra seating to accommodate all the ticket requests and it won't be ready till June." Mayweather gets sentenced to jail and can't make the May date...Arum comes out and says "now we want that May date for fight with Marquez." Mayweather gets jail sentence postponed, Arum says "well he can't fight in May anyway because he's got an eye injury and won't Heal til June". "We Signed a contract" - "We'll knock him out in 4 rounds" - "Manny has a shoulder injury". WORST PR TEAM IN HISTORY!!!

Actually Canelo (or someone from his camp) said he would fight Floyd at 150 to get a crack at him. I remember refuting a thread where packroaches said it was Floyd who brought up the idea. The guy was just over 20 and he's fighting at 154, how much could hurt him unless he's really draining himself to get to 154.

Good point. People and bodies themselves respond to pain differently. Floyd and Manny are tough, and you wouldn't be able to tell if they were injured. All we could tell from their fights was that they were "off". That's the warrior in them.

It doesn't matter how it looked on screen, because it's no longer questionable on whether or not they were hurt. Even if Manny did a cartwheel after the fight, it doesn't make a difference. He has a severe torn rotator cuff, and that is the one irrefutable fact.

For Floyd and Manny to fight through 12 rounds with a torn rotator cuff...dude, it's incredible These guys give it their all. Manny is in the ring putting his life and health on the line to please you and try to give you a good fight. He's sitting there telling Roach how much pain he's in and still he got off his stool each time to go back to face the best fighter in the world and fight him.

    These guys are incredible.

not really. Like I said, it depends which muscle. If it's his supraspinatus then he would have a hard time raising his arm. The REST of the SITS(rotatorcuff) muscles does internal rotation and external rotation of the arm.............

and your deltoids does most of your arm abduction anyway and those aren't part of your rotator cuff soooooooo:verysad

Canelo never asked for a catchweight. Don't try and change the subject b/c your caught in a lie....:hey

Canelo was asked way back when (before Floyd moved up to 154 to fight Cotto) if he'd fight Floyd at a catchweight.

That was at a time where he could easily make 150-152. Fast forward 2 years later and Canelo got bigger. Floyd made a big deal about not fighting Cotto at a catchweight, but at the normal limit. In the buildup for Floyd vs Cotto, Floyd even mentioned how when Pacquiao fought Cotto, Cotto was weight drained and not at his best.

He made a big deal out of that, but then turned right around and demanded the 152 catchweight for Canelo. You know what I am saying is 100% true. Floyd absolutely carries guilt about that. Why else would he mentioned the Canele catchweight out of the blue. He knows he decieved the public there and he feels bad about what he did to Canelo.

You just admitted Canelo did. The guy was just over 20. What does 2 years matter when you're that young? I used to wrestle in 3 divisions based on where I was needed by the team. The division has MAX of 154. That's just 2 pounds under the limit. You make it sound like Floyd drained him to 147.1.

Canelo was asked if would consider a catch weight to fight Floyd. (since at the time Floyd was only fighting at 147) This was way before Floyd moved up to 154 to fight Cotto. At the time Canelo was not a big star (this was before his big win over Trout) and Canelo at that time could easily make 150-152. When Floyd - Canelo negotiations started, Floyd used that old quote of Canelo saying that years before as a starting point for negotiations. This is a fact.
