Nothing to see in a re-match, it wasn't a competitive fight.

Both guys will just be older.

Poor Pacquaio is being lambasted all over social media for his post fight remarks. Here's a lesson to all fighters: Be gracious in defeat and humble in victory.

Agree. This will just be a carbon copy rematch. Pac is simply too small and slow.

If he walked (if he was even offered it) it will be straight into lesser paying and riskier fights legacy wise.

If Floyd sticks to his guns and no rematch we will look back at Team Pac in the last couple of days talking themselves out of a rematch and then having to look at other "lesser" fights that they might lose as a masterclass in business acumen by Arum.:patsch

same goes for floyd..... it's a good business decision by both to agree to 60/40 split.... one cannot make the same amount of moola without the other.

Bad news from a training perspective when your boxer cannot recognise he did not do the job. Would have loved to read Roach's thoughts listening to Manny's after fight comments.

I agree it is one possible bout for Mayweather to consider.

The problem with that is Mayweathers deadline, the multitude of challengers and selling a rematch that really is not necessary.

Floyd's got plenty in the bank, can make plenty with other opposition and is in the drivers seat - a Mayweather market IMO.

Floyd spouted that BS purely because the Vegas crowd booed & jeered him & cheered Pacquaio at the final bell.

At this point, I'm not even sure Floyd ever said that. It's hard to sort out what he actually says vs what gets reported that he says...

some legends of boxing thought Manny won (tyson, mosely, holyfield) and it appears Dan Rafael too?

it wasn't a dominating performance by Floyd, it was closer than people think it was.

Like i've said before, Floyd wins all close rounds, judges expect opponents to take his throne away so even when Floyd does little or nothing, he wins the rounds. Judges will not award Floyd his first loss in a fight where his opponent doesn't land big shots; it just will not happen. In theory, if Floyd fights anyone and neither lands 1 punch for 12 rounds, Floyd wins the fight. It's painfully clear that to beat Floyd you have to do more than what Floyd needs to do... Floyd knows this so he tries to make rounds inactive, the more inactive they are, the best chance he has to win them.

If Floyd is in fact a business man then surely there will be a rematch.

ROFL Was Floyd humble in victory??? When the vegas crowd booed and jeered him he went ballistic. He totally lost it when the Manny!! Manny!! chants came up As that old comedian used to say Floyd is just a big girls blouse :good
