One of the worst was Manny recently saying on video, in an interview that he couldn't pull out of the fight because 'Buboy would cry'!

Pac fought through discomfort and now he's being killed for fighting through pain in a dangerous combat sport? :nut

Same thing with Floyd v Castillo. Surgery and all. What's the problem?

The worst team in history yet he's the greatest fighter of this generation, one of the most popular figures in Sports history and one of the greatest fighters to ever live with history making achievements that won't be broken anytime soon. Sure, that makes sense.

Now on to reality. Since when were excuses ever comprehensible or accepted by the public?. Holyfield almost always had excuses for his losses, very few were accepted and many are laughed about to this very day. Tyson had his share of excuses and so did many other legendary greats in the sport. Excuses will almost never be accepted by the public, especially a public in full support of the winning fighter. Remember the insults and laughter from people when Pacquiao mentioned the gloves and blood testing excuse after the Morales fight?. Almost no one was laughing after the rematch and the glove excuse changed from only an excuse to an educational reality in the sport that many casuals/new fans didn't know about.
