The fight was scheduled for 144 lbs. 1. Mayweather cheated on the scale, 2. JMM looked bloated, love handles, and lethargic in his first fight at WW. 3. Older JMM is terrible against counter punchers who use tehir feet to run.

I'm loving these PaClowns...surprised some of them haven't "off'ed" themselves. Money won. Pac lost. Get over it.

You don't seriously believe Floyd is some "fraud" still do you I mean he thoroughly outclassed both JMM and PAC both have fought in or around his weight class and both landed less than 20% vs Floyd. I can't knock you for supporting your default fighters but being a boxing fan you must respect a fighters craft if its kept them dominate for so many years. Put aside your personal issues with the man and expand the narrow train of thoughtÂ….hell it might enlighten you. If only we could separate the self righteous ethnocentric pride from these boxing conversations imagine how productive this site would be.

    Exactly....

So why are Fl0m0s acting like beating JMM at 144 even though PBF cheated on the scale is a spectacular accomplishment.

Because he came back after a 18 month hiatus, JMM called him out, Mayweather dispatched him like no tomorrow.

I didn't see JMM land 1 significant punch all fight.

He landed 12% of his shots, all of which did no damage. :rofl

May looked like he came out of a massage after the fight. :yep

I respect Floyd's natural skill, his talent, and his work ethic...much in the same way I respect RJJ's skill, talent, and work ethic.

Both fighters took the path of least resistance both fighters were not loved by the fans because of this.

I have no personal issues, I am not personally invested in each fighter.

In the midst of all these nut-hugging, worshipping FAN-BOYS that include *****es and butt-hurt Pacturds battling it out biasedly lacking neutrality, there are a few real BOXING FANS with our unbias opinions.

Torrecampo KTFO Pacquiao for cheating on the scales. FACT!

You're right though I think JMM given time to acclimate to the division would have done better than Pac. Wait, did JMM land more punches than Pac? :huh

It's amazing that you have been following the sport for so long yet don't know that styles make fights. Remember what Foreman did to Frazier and Norton compared to Ali?. Marquez sharing one attribute with Mayweather, which is counter punching, doesn't make them both 100% stylistically similar. They generally don't counter the same, don't move the same, don't sit on their punches the same and don't fight aggressively(when necessary) the same either.

Yeah to each his own I was never a big fan of RJJ though I'm not sure you can say he took the path of least resistance I mean James Toney, Bhop are top notch and it was a shame Zaggs fought him after his souls left his body. I'm certainly going to have to disagree with your thoughts on Floyd focusing just on his opposition, in terms of his personality I agree he's not the most endearing

I guess that you never saw PAC!s face right after the fight. And wearing sunglasses next day.

Obviously styles make fights, questions is why Floyd choose to stink the joint up in the biggest fight in boxing history?

Or, one could say Pac is a limited fighter and it was a mismatch as I have been saying for FIVE YEARS. Maidana X2, Castillo had no problems with Floyd.

    Really?

    ALL fighters are limited...

A mismatch? It was a close fight with close rounds favoring Mayweather mostly.

Did Maidana have a torn rotator cuff?
