If we could only make threads on what is fact and not rumour then there'd be a lot less internet traffic. Also, I don't disagree with you that it's rumour and speculation. You seem way too angry — way way too angry. I sincerely hope Pacman took home at least 40% of Team Pacman's 40%.

    Can't put it past Arum...

Hmmmm. Surely Pacquaio has already made the Philippines a whole lot of money. Sounds like Arum isn't the only one trying to rinse Pacquiao.

BTW, does anyone know specifically what sort of cut Mayweather takes. He says he's his own boss; how true is that in reality?

    I see, I see.

My understanding is the Philippines is trying to tax him on the fights he did here and the U.S has already taxed him on it here, and the US and Pghillipines is trying to get a piece of the pie when Pac fought in Macau as Top Rank is a U.S based company?

He is a filipino citizen and congressman and it's their law (again from what I have read). You have to pay US taxes as a US Citizen on foreign-earned income so it's not out of the norm.

There is no way that Roach gets 30% and Koncz gets 20%. This is common sense. You think Manny will give Roach and Koncz more than what he makes himself? :patsch

That's what I thought. The Koncz 20% sounded really out there. Ken Miller stated that Roach gets 15%, not 30%, but that Roach and a group he's involved with collectively get 30%. Again, that still sounds like too much. :nut :patsch

Paulie knows his technical boxing but he's coming off as a major hater/d!ckrider.

    1. He did not call this fight correctly because he has special knowledge. He's called plenty of fights wrong before, just like everybody else.

    2. There was definitely a pre-existing injury, it's documented by USADA. Maybe it wasn't terrible, but it was a real thing. Also, Paulie is not a doctor and does not know what having a torn rotator cuff will or will not allow you to do with your arm.

    3. His rants about Pacquiao and PEDs are ridiculous. Maybe Manny was juicing, maybe he wasn't. Facts are that Floyd almost DEFINITELY was juicing previously (subpoenas and all that good stuff). And almost definitely was for this fight (he looked way better than he previously did), what with Memo and Ariza and all that. Manny gained the exact same amount of weight over his career that Floyd did, went up the exact same number of divisions over the same timeframe, and has a larger skeletal frame than Floyd. He was better than the guys he fought and he beat them, just like Floyd did. Get over it.

    4. Pacquiao wasn't exposed. He's older, there was an injury, and Floyd was probably juiced. If this happened in 2009, then yes, exposed. Not today. Floyd wouldn't have been exposed if Manny dominated him either.

    5. Paulie should never have been allowed on the broadcast because of his obvious and longstanding bias.

    6. Arum/Top Rank/HBO/Manny should take the defamation case to Showtime/Paulie. He's said a lot more about PED use than Floyd ever did.

Which is just as well when you consider that the crazy cowboy treated the nuclear football like a 3 year child does a laptop pc.

I honestly have a question to the fans of this generation ,do you honestly consider Floyd sr a great trainer ?

Reality shows are popular but full of ignorance but no thinks of those shows as highly acclaimed ..Meanwhile this guy has his poems but what else ?

I feel for this generation if this is a stand out trainer to some ..But really Is Sr any good as a trainer ?

Dude with or without an injury Pac only had a chance if he pressed the first four rounds. Same outcome with or without an injury and I had rotator cuff surgery this March and there is no FK way he could have thrown a punch in any round with a real cuff injury.

I like both guys but Manny and Freddy talked about a plan and showed up with only HOPE
