    Do you or do you not believe that Mayweather will take home a much bigger cut of his 60% than Pacquaio will of his 40%?

    Is it possible that Mayweather will maybe make 3x as much as Pacquaio because "he's his own boss" where as Pacquaio believes in the good father, Bob Arum?

    Thanks for this.

    So if we are to assume this is true, Pacquaio got one helluva $exy $50m cheque AND has more coming his way. I wonder what his (Pacman's and not his team) cut of the PPV will be after the guarantee.

    Mayweather needs to pay Haymon, Ellerbe, his trainers, etc.
    Mayweather will take more of his 60% than Pacquiao's 40% but the difference won't be that large as you claim.

    his plan worked, Pacquiao won the fight, theirs a reason Pacquiao thought he won the fight. your're asking Manny to take over the fight n do this n that, your perception of what he should do makes you unfairly judge the fight which isn't fair, but what he did do was enough to get the win with the running style Mayweather has. Pacquiao was the aggressor, punches were harder, he was the ring general, Floyds defense wasn't overwhelming like everyone says. at the very least the fight was close!!!!! but thats how everyone judges a floyd fight.

    Don't even care. It ain't my money.

    I would speculate percentages as follows:

    Koncz = Haymon
    Top Rank = MPP/Swanson/Schaefer Hush Fund (x2)
    Roach/Fortune/Buboy = Roger/Floyd Sr./Memo/Ariza (x1.5)
    Massive Filipino Entourage = TMT
    HBO = SHO
    US Tax/Philippines Tax = US Tax (x2)

    -Manny will pay more back taxes.
    -Manny will pay taxes to two countries.
    -Top Rank will take a bigger cut than Mayweather Promotions.
    -Roger/Floyd/Memo/Ariza will take approximately the same cut as Roach/Fortune/Buboy.
    -Both fighters will blow an inordinate amount of cash on their hangers-on.
    -I will still have wasted $100.
    -You will still be a white man and a sad excuse for a journalist.

    I don't know about Pac but Mayweather is on top of his money like stank on shiiit. He is not gonna get beat by nobody, inside or outside of the ring.:lol: I know that Pac is operating within a den of thieves and I really hate to see him get tossed like that. Say what you will about Floyd but he actually liked Manny at one time and tried to pull his coat about the BS but Manny wouldn't listen. It's a cold world.

    What does Michael Koncz actually do? I know he's Manny's "adviser" - but what does that entail?

    Somewhat similar to the role Ellerbe serves

  11. Yeah sure Buddy because hbo just loves floyd and everyone changes how they score to suit floyd and hate on manny.

    Such a paranoid world you live in mang.

    Oh and freddie predicted a knockout genius.

    "Manny i need you to go out there and get outlanded. Make sure to get countered all day. Throw those flurries and beat up his elbows."

    I somehow get the impression that Pac is not as obsessed with Money compared to May. He values other things in life as well which explains his involvement in politics and social causes. Everything in life is not always about money alone. When you get so used to big $$$$, it can get boring and stale after a while.

    In fact people who associate their lives and identities with big $$$ 24/7, what do they do when it is all gone?

    there are a couple of things at play here and obviously mostly opinion and bias

    1. Pacquiao didn't do that bad. Had Pacquiao being another fighter, people would be giving him more praise. He was hard to hit, he got Floyd with a couple of good shots and didn't allow Floyd to dominate. Anyone considering this a dominant performance is, IMO, not very knowledgeable of boxing. Floyd won at most 4 clear rounds and the rest were close rounds that May edged out..Floyd was simply too inactive to consider this a dominating performance.

    2. Roach. I don't think his game plan was terrible, it was hard to execute and Manny couldn't. It seems to me that the strategy was too use a lot of footwork, find right angle of attack, land combinations and step out of the pocket. It worked in too few moments but round 4 showed us what the game plan was. Pac cautiously stepped in by countering Floyd's jab, landed a nice left and then threw combinations, stepped out, and reset action. This a decent strategy but difficult to execute. The execution was left to Pacquiao and what form of Pacquiao showed up. On a different night, Pac could've executed better but sometimes things just don't work out. The other strategy people craved for was all out aggression BUT if Floyd would've hurt Pac and KO'd him..the very same people would be screaming 'what a dumb strategy!' and they would've advocated the very same strategy that didn't work on May 2nd. The thing is, there is no clear strategy to beat Floyd, he's difficult. Pac did fine but his expectations were sky high... some thought he could beat up Floyd like he beat up DLH, wasn't going to happen. Floyd is very cautious, quick and has great reflexes, his elusiveness and ability to counter lends itself to no clear strategy. So, i really think Pac's & Roach's strategy was not awful, he just didn't have the form to execute it. I think he definitely could've done better on another night. I will say that Roach did looked out of sorts in between rounds, he seemed like he lacked energy and didn't seem to help Pacquiao adjust to what Floyd was doing.

    I would think Freddie is livid. Himself & Manny too were sabotaged by the NSAC, USADA, Mayweathers. They gave permission to use Xylocaine for fight night on an injury they claim they knew nothing about. If it wasn't so serious it would be funny If that crew are not corrupt then are they idiots & incompetant

    Little Floyd can use Xylocaine he's got fragile hands poor little thing
