Wlad does reasonably well ticket wise as an attraction- mainly down to the fact he always fights on terrestrial channel RTL in Germany. BJS vs Eubank will happen before this I'd imagine which is fair enough.
Will this fight be under Klitschkos HBO deal ? if wembley HBO would want a late post midnight start and Groves Froch 2 if I remember had trouble with a late start I can see more likely a German or New York/Boston venue with the Americans selling the Fury Irish link for the two American cities, dont hold out for a decent undercard for a K2 promotion the Germans never seem to bother
We don't know- if it's on HBO then they'd want a very late start which TFL wouldn't allow. The more I think about this the more I think that it's Wilder next for Wlad.
Areed. Here in the US,HBO has no trouble showing a fight in the afternoon and repeat it in prime time if the fight is big enough. This fight would certainly qualify.
Every arena sold out along with his four stadium fights except the Haye fight. The ticket prices usually about 40% of what was charged for the Haye fight hence only about 40,000 people watching the Haye fight in the stadium. While the mugs here paid PPV, the fight was free on German TV. Shyte fight but great trip.
And fighters risking not getting paid if the numbers not adding up ! Do you think Klitchko would let Fish eyes control the money from a bill he headlined? Doubt it
