See some starting to hype up AJ'S power up against after tonight's fight. He's got some good pop to his punches, but it's not otherworldly. Most of the time he's stopping guys standing, or after several knockdowns. I think his power is legit, but lets calm down a bit shall we? Price Syndrome all over again.

He looks like he hits harder than Price, he's athletic and explosive whereas Price was slow and thudding.

Price has and always will be a robot with awful technique and I honestly don't know how anyone ever rated him as a pro.

I would say Price has much harder one shot Power than Joshua does. You don't see Joshua laying guys out like Price did Pala, S exton and a couple of other guys. Don't get me wrong, Joshua is the more complete fighter by far, and a very promising prospect. But I just think people are hyping his power up too much, not that he doesn't have any.

He has enough power to spark klitschko, fury and wilder. He is not even fully letting his hands go yet. He may not be the hardest hitter in the division but the power is there!

Price hits harder with one single right hand but he has too. If he threw a combination he would be gassed.

Team Joshua, Matchroom, Sky and the sanctioning body are a disgrace.

12 fights, 12 cans and not a single punch thrown at Joshua.

The 12 opponents are incapable due to age, size and being out of shape.

It is no better than a teenager bashing up an 80 year old man in the street.

    Fooking disgrace.

David Price is a monster puncher. Joshua's power is insane too but he throws in combinations and doesn't look for the one big shot like Price. People saying AJ's chin will be exposed are clutching at straws tbh, he does everything very well.

Not really. They are professional boxers fighting a novice pro. Can't really whinge about opposition at this stage as I doubt any HW prospects would get in with Kevin Johnson in their 13th fight.

think we'll have a better idea of his power after KJ, hopefully he'll fight a Tony Thompson type opponent soon.

A tad harsh, but I actually agree with you. It's like Frank Bruno all over again. This is how he got hyped up to start with. And yes his early opponents have been exceptionally well picked.

Frank Bruno still won a world title, he just couldnt beat the elite ATG heavys like lewis & tyson, no shame in that.

I refuse to jump on the hypetrain/bandwagon. As soon as he fights someone with a chin and that can punch back I'll gladly give the lad some respect.
