    Kirkland is unloading on Álvarez, throwing right jabs and shooting out hard trowel lefts. Counter left hook by Álvarez, and Kirkland is hurt. Kirkland is still aggressive but his legs are growing shakier every time he presses in, faking it til he makes it, getting countered. BIG left hooks and looping rights on the jaw by Álvarez. Body shots mixed in. Kirkland BADLY wobbled from a can-opener right on the jaw, staggering into the ropes but smirking and beckoning Álvarez in. More precise shots by Álvarez. Kirkland down! Up and battling back but under heavy fire the entire last minute. Álvarez shredding away, head and body.
