USADA is a testing agency. NSAC is an athletic commission.

You: "Pac is injured. He need to go to USADA so they can approve his surgery and treatment" :rofl:rofl:rofl

Wow. I'd be embarrassed if I was obsessed with 2 fighters as much as you are. This is about the State Athletic Commisions and their procedures but you just can't help but turn it into something about Floyd and Pac.

:rofl:rofl:rofl The only reason you brought up NSAC is because #48 couldn't get his drugs. What a hypocrite.

He had a so-called injury from 2008 but in the meantime he has fought at least 10 times. He fought three times in 2008 and Oscar was his last fight. Since then he has had 11 fights, not including Mayweather. Never got his shoulder fixed, yet when it comes to Mayweather, he got a problem. HBO and Top Rank are some of the greasiest motherphuckas that ever lived and Manny is a dam fool and a puppet. Any body with half a brain can see how Manny was used and manipulated by Bob Arum and his associates. They drugged him and they robbed him of his dignity and his true identity. They made a puppet and circus sideshow freak out of him. That's a dam shame and right now they are using him to cover up their bull**** and he is still as dumb as a box of rocks. All it takes is an honest man with some pull, connections and a desire for the truth to start digging into that ****. Them hoes will running out from under them rocks like rats. By the way, did anybody see Manny's back in the Mayweather fight? His entire back was covered with acne. Now what the fk was he on.

Actually. I never complained about that. I more or less have questioned their procedures. You're the only one coming off butthurt. Over a victory at that.

I brought it up because a fight took place where the NSAC policies look questionable at best. Feel free to discuss about how little they apparently keep up with fighters, what drugs they are taking, or if any injuries have occurred to them while training. If you feel like them doing no random testing at all and only asking a day before a scheduled fight if a fighter has any injuries and what medications they have been taking or may need is good enough than more power to you. Personally, I can see why your hero wanted stricter testing.

"Mr. Bill Brady resigned as a commissioner of NSAC effective immediately. "

You dont need to convince anyone about NSAC being messed up when their own commissioner has resigned over the scandal. Certainly not the kind of people who post ":crying 118-110" over everything remotely related to the Pac vs May bout. Just leave it that. This matter is thoroughly explained and well understood already.

Exactly. I guess when he wins the injury doesn't bother him, but when he loses......here come the tears

“I know this man, he has always been an honorable person,” Brady said of Pacquiao. “I find it offensive that he’s being sued and ridiculed. It truly breaks my heart.”

That commissioner? :rofl:rofl A scandal? :rofl:rofl What a drama queen. Pac can't fing read and fill out a form and it's a scandal?
