    :good
Those counters took the fight out of him. He didn't want a repeat f ko6 like rjj says pbf hits hard enough that you don't want that again. If he made canelo cautious he will make PAC. But yeah PAC is the one dimensional guy I always thought he was who couldn't make adjustments.

And I believe it he's past his prime and his offense hasn't looked good since canelo. But he did indeed outwork PAC kill him with his jab and his defense and boxing mind are still sharp.

Max Kellerman says on the shoulder situation:

"“I think some people had the sense that Manny Pacquiao sold out for the money, and by fighting with a torn rotator cuff somehow perpetrated a fraud on the public. I strongly disagree with this. A dilemma is not a tough choice. A dilemma is a choice between two bad options. What was Manny Pacquiao supposed to do? Three weeks to go before the fight when he was diagnosed with a torn rotator cuff that needed surgery, was he supposed to postpone the fight? So, 12 months off, he already was off for five months, he’s supposed to come back after shoulder surgery and a 17-plus month ring absence, to fight and try to beat Floyd Mayweather? Does that give him his best chance to win? When all the tickets have already been sold? The hotel rooms have been booked? The airfare etc. The eyes of the boxing world were hoping to see this fight and what did Manny Pacquiao do? He manned-up. He said ‘if I can a shot of toradol in my shoulder, I can go through with this fight, I think that gives me my best chance to win.’ By the way if he postpones, there may never be a Mayweather-Pacquiao fight. Who knows if Mayweather’s still active 12 months-plus into the future. So Pacquiao’s camp clears it with USADA, the drug-testing body that Mayweather’s side insisted upon. USADA says ‘fine, a shot of toradol is fine’ and then ultimately at the 11th hour, the Nevada State Athletic Commission says Pacquiao can’t get the shot of toradol because of what was essentially was a clerical error? Because some box wasn’t checked off? A form wasn’t filled right? If people are mad at anybody for Pacquiao not being at his best, if that is the view, be mad at the Nevada State Athletic Commission, in my view, because just when the boxing world needed them to show sound judgement, they chose to stand on principle instead of cooperate with the spirit of the event.”

You're an excuse maker who knows nothing about the sport. You hitched your horse to a one dimensional head hunter who can only fight at one range with a low ring iq with no jab and who can't cut the ring. Don't get mad at me that I knew pbf can fight at all ranges with atg defense and ring iq and would outbox and make PAC look amateurish. This was always the case and easy to see. Just because you refused to and are now reduced to making excuses for something that had no bearing on the fight shows everyone here what a joke you are.

May won easily, I don't know if it was a "Boxing clinic at its best". I mean, it's not like he put a horrific beating on him, or knocked him down a bunch of times. He outlanded him by 67 punches, spread out over 12 rounds -- not exactly the whooping of the century and not exactly a clinic like May put on vs Gatti.

Just kind of a lack luster fight which Mayweather controlled skillfully while using movement and enough counter punching pop to keep Manny's output (pitifully) low and cautious.

Let's put it this way. Both men would have gone though the fight if they had been injured during training. Unfortunately, it's just bad timing for Manny and he got the short end of the stick.

There was no way in hell the event was going be cancelled. Too much money, too much social pressure and too much everything riding on it. It was basically the last chance for either fighter to make it happen and it did. Sucks for Manny, but he shouldn't be criticize for going through with the fight. He did it for the fans.

Go away Kellerman, trying to stay on everyone's good side so he can keep his hand on the money.
