Seriously, the risk of another substance being used is what prevents such a simple procedure in a half a billion dollar event? Plus how would they pass a post fight test if they used a prohibited substance?

Bottom line is the doctor said he needed a shot (and surgery), USADA confirmed it was within the rules, and NSAC said no because they didn't hear about it earlier.

Yeah you are right, but here we have the oppertunity to see it in slow motion and rewind, a close to 100% perfect punch stat can be made.
Then there is of course how you score the punches and ring generalship et al.
But atleast for those who really care, its a good oppertunity to sit down, take a look at the close rounds and see what really connected and what didn't.
