  1. Many rounds claimed for manny may have been draws. He may have only won round 4

Is that the book of scoring that you personally wrote?

There are already scoring guidelines. You don't like them? Watch a different sport.

It was far from "inconclusive." It was a very one sided fight and decision.

You feel it was "underwhelming?" You must not have watched much of either fighters' career. It went mostly as suspected by many of us.

I mean what else do you want to really see from him? Im sure hes not gonna be fighting anybody really good. if you look at his last few years, there hasnt been much there. I'm happy He fought Mayweather and now he can retire in peace because hes fought many many greats.

So what do you want to see from Pacquiao? How do you want him to go out? I honstely dont know and really dont care much but do want him to go out with a win. He doesnt need to retire with a title so thats not a biggie. Arum been milking this guy so you wont see Thurman, Khan, hell ANYBODY REALLY GOOD go against him so im not sure what to see. I would just like to see him win but fight somebody at your weight. Please no Mikey Garcia or Crawford, dont wanna see it. AND I DONT WANT TO SEE A FLOYD REMATCH AND NOBODY DOES EXPECT FOR SOME SUPER DUPER DUMB PAC FANS THAT DONT GET IT! So dont go with that mess.

What do you guys wanna see from the ATG before he hopefully retires next year?? :bbb:bbb

yes, these is how fights should be scored. You have to throw punches and land good punches, not merely touch an opponent. The jabs Floyd got credited with was a complete joke. I mean, so many of those jabs were hitting air, gloves and barely touching Pac. It's a travesty to award any boxer points to merely extending his arm and softly touching an opponent.

and yes, learn boxing, no-one should get points to making opponents miss or looking good moving.

People are being way too hard on Pacquiao here.

It's not like he's fabricating an injury...

    1. A doctor recommended a shot
    2. USADA cleared it ahead of time
    3. Koncz lied/effed up on the questionnaire for some reason.
    4. NSAC denied the medication because of a clerical error, not for any practical reason.
    5. NSAC stated that Manny would have been allowed the shot if he had notified them the day before.

So we can conclude that 1. Manny's team screwed him, 2. NSAC screwed him on a technicality, and 3. Manny has every right to blame the injury for his performance, especially under those circumstances.

I think he still would have lost, but hey, the potential for another $50M-$100M will cause a guy to make excuses. I'm sure their original plan was to say it was a close fight that the fans want to see again, but since that's not possible they're going to the logical plan B.

And remind me how many of you cared when Floyd blamed the Castillo performance on his shoulder (which turned out to make a pretty big difference in the rematch).

it's criminal to award Floyd punches where he merely extends his arm and touches. We seriously have to re-define jab as touching, not punching cause the way Floyd scored points was embarrassing for anyone that considers boxing a man's sport.

Floyd didn't dominate Pac by beating his ass but his still dominated him on points. That's just the way it is.

About Pac's injury, like I said, I don't care. All I know is that he used it as an excuse, which bothers me.

The only thing that makes sense in a rematch is the money. Since I won't be getting any of it, why should I have any interest in a rematch?
