    Who cares??
Its what he chose to do that matters, and it mite of been honourable but it is foolish to not expect some sort of backlash when ever there is deceit involved.

Agree with everything you said. Nobody says Holy deserved the draw against Lennox though. That was controversial for the sole reason that it was universally considered an egregious robbery.

Fair point. I probably should have omitted that one, because the real controversy there, as you stated, was a BS draw in a fight Lewis clearly won by a wide margin. :good

While there are people that say Marquez won all 3, it's not close to as frequent as people saying Floyd lost to Castillo. People usually credit Marquez for teh third fight because that was actually a clear win in my opinion. The first and second could have gone etiher way just like the Castillo/Mayweather fight. Maybe it's due to me not being on pacquiao videos though, I wouldn't be surprised if there are tons of people on youtube saying Marquez won all 3 on pac vids.
Sweat Pea, Sturm, and DLH all won more clear than Castillo in my opinion. The Hagler/Leonard fight was really a hard fight to score, I wasn't watching boxing 10 years after hagler/leonard, so I don't know what the reactions were. I just don't see other fighters getting crucified for a fight that could have gone either way 10+ years later. Manny might get flack for the third fight, but that wasn't even 5 years ago.

The final conclusion gives undeniable proof of what I have said all along
NSAC & a few other state commissions are CORRUPT!!
What the NSAC did to Pacquaio was diabolical. They conned hi into going through with the fight assuring him he'd be allowed painkillers night of the fight.
We all know what happened they sabotaged him.
One commissioner was so disgusted & embarrassed by what happened to Pacquaio he resigned IMMEDIATELY. What more proof do you need
The sport Ive loved all my life is being killed by GREED fot the almighty $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ To the casual observer its now classed alongside Pro Wrestling whose "contest" result is decided BEFORE the event takes place
The only way to save boxing is to form an International Boxing Commision put honest boxing loving people at the helm and FIRE!!! the state commissions where corruption is rampant as even a blind man can see
I actually watch more PBR bullriding than boxing those guys are REAL athletes no faking with an 1800-2000 bull under you

    The conclusions here include:

    1) The fight was far closer than the judges, especially Moretti, and most pundits perceived

    2) Many rounds were exceptionally difficult if not too close to call.

    3) The punch stats as counted in the heat of the night are profoundly suspect (one US commentator who had Pacquaio winning asked if they were compiled by ‘kids from the*HBOand*Showtime*offices’ and was told ‘Yes.’)

    4) Pacquiao’s claim that he had won the fight was reasonable, not outrageous as the in-ring interviewer implied.

    5) If watching on television, maybe better to mute the sound commentary.

    6) Mayweather is very wise to keep insisting on home-town advantage in Las Vegas, which benefits from the huge economic impact of his fights

    ttp://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/boxing/article-3077424/The-punch-statistics-prove-Floyd-Mayweather-fortunate-beat-Manny-Pacquiao-unanimous-decision.html

More and more people re watching and seeing Pac won.

    More stats to support it.

I think the most telling piece is the Vegas location it's heavily skewered in Floyds favour, any other state or country gives a fair verdict and raises Pacs hand.
