Usually punch stats can be taken with at least pinch of salt but the stats from this fight really do show how much better TODAY Mayweather is.

I agree thats why i said 'usually taken with a pinch of salt' however this fight the numbers weren't close... and when you watch the fight it didn't look too close either.
Even Manny has said he lost its not hard to score this fight correctly for Floyd as it was a very one sided affair, it was not exciting, nothing big of any real note landed from either so when that is the case the guy who lands MUCH MUCH more on his opponent will win 9 times out of 10, you can't really expect anything else and in the situation is the most logical way for it to be.
