Maybe you haven't heard but PBC viewership has been down.

Seems as if Haymon was under the impression that the public was so desperate for boxing to be back on network television that they would tune in to just about anything he threw out there.

The main problem I'm seeing is how its unorganized. You have different networks showing fights on different times and on different days. The average boxing fan doesn't even know who's showing what on what day and on what channel. I sure as hell don't. Didn't even know there was a fight on this past wknd other than Canelo/Kirkland.

He should have focused on bringing boxing back on one network and build on that instead of being all over the place like how it is now.

Haymon has put on some good fights, he has put on some garbage, he has contributed to good fights not happening

Garcia v Peterson ? Garbage the moment it was announced as catchweight

Broner v Molina ? Garbage

Thurman v Guerrero was decent, it was not a great fight

This weekends fights were very good, most likely because they involved Non Haymon fighters lol


Creating a PBC Belt I am not sure about, what does that mean for Non Haymon Fighters ? For example what happens if Wilder for example becomes PBC Heavyweight Champ

Does that makes fights against Klit or further down the line Joshua, less likely ?

 

The money belts...I mean the PBC belts will become 2nd in legitimacy only to the Ring belts

 

Part of the problem was that it wasn't even on everywhere like it should have been. I sat down to watch it and my Cbs was showing some horrible soccer game. I have Dish

 

he must be talking about the Spike card a few Fridays ago because the last CBS card did about 1.3 million viewers.

 

I'm a hater but yeah, this year so far I don't have many complaints.
