    They are great, without a doubt, but *if* Mayweather where to beat the MW and SMW champs he'd have a hell of a case to be ranked along side them atleast.

    Especially when you consider just how dominant GGG and Ward are.

    If Mayweather where to do that he could end up the lineal champ between 147-168. Not that I think he could do it though (or even has to consider it). Ward would straight out muscle him and GGG has a damn good shot at knocking him out.

    Beating Pac was his last test. Now he just needs a soft touch and retire. I would like to see them build up to Golovkin/Ward if Ward is still at 168.

    I agree with you for the most part but since I am an old-timer, I have a hard time putting anyone ahead of Robinson and Armstrong. If GGG went on to be one of the great middleweights and Ward went on to be one of the great light-heavyweights, after losing to Mayweather, then you probably would be right.

    If Floyd fought GGG at 154 in his next fight within 10 seconds of the fight finishing there would be threads on here saying that GGG hadn't fought anybody before facing Floyd and that he was weight drained.

    There's no money in this fight. No legacy in this fight. This fight isn't happening.

    He's not anywhere near the best in this era Manny already has that title & deserved it too. it took froid/nsac/usada tag team to get a close dec off many pacquao.

    He had the cojones to fight Canelo. Canelo would destroy any version of Margarito.

    If he hadn't fought Canlelo, you'd be on here now telling us that he'd never have the cojones to man up and fight him.
