Hearn couldn't agree with McGuigan over money.

    Quigg probably loses to Martinez.

Because Fast Car Eddie prefers milking Quigg for maximum quid.

Actually it was Frampton's team that didn't accept the bout.

Fast Car went on live TV with a cheque for 1.5m they was going to give Frampton (amongst several other attempts) but it's definably Team Frampton who are against the fight

    Did Team Jackal give reason?

Not really. They kept changing the reason as Quigg basically succumbed to any demand. Think it's just akwardness because they don't like Hearn.

If Martinez beats Quigg then I think Frampton is more screwed than Quigg. Who else is going to offer him that payday? Rigondeaux doesn't bring any money and is a much harder fight, Santa Cruz shows no interest in fighting people with a pulse. I doubt Donaire brings anywhere near that much any more.

Im guessing because they thought they wanted more.

Frampton wrote a response to it if I remember correctly.

Frampton would knot the snot out of Quigg anyway. I doubt Quigg survives Kiko.

As did I.That they choose not to make the fight is an embarrassment to British boxing. And Quigg fighting a guy Frampton beat easily twice is ridiculous. Why bother Mr Quigg. It is obvious that Frampton is being terribly managed the McGuigans are out of their depth and Framoton has outgrown them. The primes of both fighters is being wasted and its not as if a move up would be worth it as neither would be a serious threat to Lomachenko Walters or any of the top Featherweights. The only big payday for either man is a fight or two against the other and just one defeat for either destroys the chance of Quigg-Frampton being a big draw in the UK. Absolute nonsense.

Mr Hans is right. All of this stupidity is basically due to the McGuigans foolishly allowing their dislike of Hearn to cloud their judgement. They hate Hearn. So what. Why not take his money and beat his fighter a couple of times. They are horrendously poor managers and as Mr Hans says if Kiko beats Quigg Frampton is royally screwed.Their only hope would be to wait until they believe that Rigo is past it.But even then it is foolish because Rigo despite his amazing skills is not a ppv sensation in America and he is not well known enough for the causal British boxing fan to want to pay to see him fight Frampton.
