    reply to my post troll

Floyd landed more clean punches and he was the aggressor since you love throwing that term out there. He started round 11 by landing a big right hook and chasing Manny back to the ropes. He then lands a 3 punch combo on him. There's no way in hell Manny won that round. It was his worst round!

Then in round 12, Mayweather dominated it for 2 minutes. He then coasted the last minute, but while coasting, Manny landed 0 punches.

Just me fixing those two wide rounds for Mayweather give him a 7-5 win on your scorecard. Some rounds were close and can be argued. Those rounds cannot.

As a Mayweather fan, it is clear that Mayweather's antics on May 2nd call for a change to boxing scoring. Any holding or hugging should be severely penalized to the point of disqualification. This will ensure that boxers FIGHT as opposed to treating fights as glorified sparring.

As a May fan, the fight on May 2nd dented the popularity of the sport immeasurably.

Boxers do get a point deducted for holding and have been disqualified for excessive holding...!!!

Ali was holding, hugging, pushing down opponents much smaller than him -- and popularity of the sport was through the roof. So that can't be it.

  8. So Kell Brook should be stripped of his titles for the Porter fight and Wlad's record should be thrown out and forgotten, heh?
Or is it just "MAYWEATHER THAT YOU ARE THINKING OF" at almost Midnight here on the westcoast?
I understand now that this forum is obsessed with Mayweather. 50 post a day has his name in it and people talking about how much they hate him. Floyd Mayweather will never die in you ***gots heart.:-(

ALI knocked people out and fought. Mayweather has the power to knock people out, but he is engaging in amateur boxing tactics, instead of rely on power shots. I don't like watching strictly skills, especially for 100 dollars for a ppv event.

    Excerpt:

In an interview with Philippine broadcaster ABS-CBN, Pacquiao said he reviewed a video of the fight several times and believed he won, though narrowly, against Mayweather.

"I reviewed it repeatedly. I scored myself. I was ahead two points," he said.

He said, however, he respected the judges' decision.

"Enjoy your victory, you deserve it," he said in a message to Mayweather.

"[speaking of filipinos]I know what you are thinking, that hopefully there would be a rematch. I like that. I want that," he told the hotel crowd. "But for the moment, I am thinking of focusing on this shoulder, on my work and my family."

yeah that's cool, but Mayweather didn't hold that much in the fight. I counted 14 times total and 4 times it was caused by Mayweather coming in too high and Pacquiao dipping low, resulting in them getting stuck.

This whole narrative is stupid. Pacquiao held more vs Rios

Hopefully he retires in September or fights Pac next year. Either way the sooner he is gone the better for the sport.
