I think Pac looked slow because he was trying to time Mayweather. Pac kept his feet planted so when Mayweather threw a jab or lead right Pac would have more force behind his counters.

Yep, but Pacquiao was already on a mixture of 5 drugs I think (including lidocaine) before the bout. So this would appear to be a request for an extra shot very very soon before the fight, which happens to be one hell of a drug in the short-term, as per the article statements.

It's pretty simple, really.

Mayweather is disgusted at Manny for his unsportsmanlike conduct after the loss, and angry that he's making excuses about it, thus diminishing Mayweather's win.

He's p*ssed that Pacquiao is trying to save face and make Floyd's win into a lesser accomplishment than it is. Mayweather was all class from the moment the fight was announced, and was respectful and positive about Pacquiao in the post-fight interview. Meanwhile, all we heard from Pacquiao is "My shoulder was hurt, I think I won the fight, he didn't do nothing, he couldn't hurt me, he only ran around" etc, etc. Very large contrast in terms of class, sportsmanlike behavior, and respect between both men.

You can keep telling yourself it's because he's insecure about his obvious, wide and clear, factual victory though. Whatever helps you sleep at night.

 

He resigned because MargaCHEATO should have been banned for life.
