    In fairness, Pac's footwork was once exceptional. It truly peaked around the time he fought Oscar, and was noticeably worse by the time he faced Mosley.

    How does he seem more comfortable at 140 when he hasn't fought there since 2009, and only fought there once ever?

    6 long years as a Welterweight, buddy.

    Chris Algieri held a 140 pound title. Pac fought him... at 144. So I highly question his ability to comfortably make 140.

    They brought him down to 144 to see if he looks better. He did. Pacquiao says he could make 135. 140 easy.

    they didn't want to jump from 147-140 so fast. It's easier on his older body to take steps. If Mayweather wouldn't have fought him at 147, then he would've went down to 140 completely and would have never gone back up. That was already said.

    PBF's footwork was much better in the JMM fight years ago it's noticably worse now he's not as quick on his feet now but the difference is PBF has a boxing brain to fall back on.
