    Deluded fanboy is deluded fanboy.

I feel a tad sorry for you and I hope you get over it soon.

You list top 5 ranked fighters who held titles as "gatekeeper-level."

Let me guess though that you don't think Algieri, Clottey, Margarito, or Rios were "gatekeeper-level?" Love the consistency.

None of those fighters other than Margarito at the time of the fights were anywhere close to gatekeepers at the time. Perhaps Algieri too (at WW; two career wins of any relevance, one being almighty Emmanuel Taylor).

If that is the case, there are probably only about 40 fighters who aren't gatekeepers to you...

The only correct answer for you would have been: "2005; Bruseles."

Dear Tranny, can you explain how you gave Manny round 11 again?

Floyd landed more clean punches and he was the aggressor since you love throwing that term out there. He started round 11 by landing a big right hook and chasing Manny back to the ropes. He then lands a 3 punch combo on him. There's no way in hell Manny won that round. It was his worst round!

Then in round 12, Mayweather dominated it for 2 minutes. He then coasted the last minute, but while coasting, Manny landed 0 punches.

Just me fixing those two wide rounds for Mayweather give him a 7-5 win on your scorecard. Some rounds were close and can be argued. Those rounds cannot.

But you don't deny they were gatekeeper-level

I actually do think they were gatekeeper-level. You have guessed incorrectly.

You're welcome. I'm also fond of your baseless assumptions.

Floyd is a serial cherrypicker. He admits it himself yet you don't want to accept it. This isn't a Floyd vs. Manny thing. It's objective fact.

Yeah I don't think I was clear enough there, it's a term used by the commentators, it's not imaginative. I had to rack my head over this by watching round 9 again, and he actually landed the harder shots in that round (Floyd was fighting more of a reactive game that round too - which is not to be confused with 'defensive', Pac was slightly more in control), and round 10 whilst we're at it.
Yeah I scored the punches landed accordingly.
Manny definitely had visibly more control in round 10.

If anyone scored round 9 differently to me (and ironically two of the judges Feldman and Clements), don't take it out on me. It's pretty damn pathetic that we're pulling out the smallest fractions to discern who won that round anyway. I'm just not one of those people who duck from picking. I can't say 'even round, no one wins/loses it).

All of this emphasises just how close the fight was.
An injured, legit past prime Pac had IMO just edged Mayweather.
Round 9 is the only confusing one. Round 12 was laughably close but I'm just giving it to Mayweather because my scorecard up to this point is just traumatising me lol

The first three definitely not clear for Mayweather. The first yeah, but the second and third are definitely Pacquiao's rounds. (Watching the normal speed versions, I gave them to Mayweather without question).

This... Bob and especially Manny should pay Mayweather a premium for using his name to promote their fights.

I think because of his personality people are just naturally going to want him lose and/or make any excuse to criticize him. I bet if he was the nicest, kindest, best role model people have ever seen, there is no way people would say he is ducking.

I'm not discounting the fact that he's ducked fighters in the past but, you gotta give credit where credit is due.

"He won't face Hatton, Hatton is too rough for him"
"He won't face Mosley, Mosley is too big and too powerful"
"He won't face Pacquaio, Pacquaio is too fast and too powerful"
"He won't face Alvarez, Alvarez is too young and powerful"

Let's just remember since Hatton onwards, only one fighter he fought was outside the Top 10 P4P rankings at the time he fought them. Go find me another fighter who has that credibility.

    Because he does?
He should have fought Pac 5 years earlier. That is one of his most blatant ducks. Margarito, prime Mosely, Tszyu, pre-Margarito Cotto. It isn't just who you fight, it's also the timing.

Let's be real, The Mayweather/Pacquiao fight was pretty much a done deal in 2010. Almost everything was agreed upon and then the fight fell apart because Manny didn't want to get blood tested. Would anyone in their right mind blame Pacquiao for the fight not happening had he been the one asking Floyd to undergo random blood testing and Floyd said no because he claimed getting blood taken weakens him for several days? Now let's look at these other guys

Margarito - I honesty don't believe Floyd wanted to fight him and I believe he did duck him.

Prime Mosely - This is a joke. Doug Fischer, a guy who hates Mayweather, wrote about how he personally saw Mayweather aggressively calling out Shane to his face after Shane beat Oscar. Floyd called him out after the Bruseles fight. Mosley was asked by Merchant about fighting Floyd after the Vargas fight and Mosley said his tooth hurt.

Tsyzu - Another joke. There are countless incidents where Floyd made a plea to make this fight. Tsyzu never talked about wanting to fight Floyd and even admitted that he preferred fighting Hatton to Floyd. Let's not even talk about the network issue or the fact that Tszyu was consistently hurt when they were both at 140

Cotto- This one is a bit murky. Mayweather never made a great effort to make this fight once he left Top Rank. At the same time, Cotto openly admitted that his side made no efforts to make this fight.

Three of the guys you mentioned eventually lost lopsided decisions to Floyd and made no effort to fight Floyd earlier or made silly excuses as to why they couldn't fight him. Tszyu never even mentioned Floyd's name.

    Ditto.

And if Intentional Butthead thinks Mayweather swept the first three then he needs to hang up his ****ty rbr scoring for good.
