How many fighters were truly seen as "best of their generation" in history?

Erm, instead of writing all that twaddle wouldn't it have just been easier for you to have put,

" I am a Floyd Mayweather fanboy, who is in complete denial that he straight up found a way to avoid Margarito, Mosley before he was in rapid decline, Pac when he thought he " might " have lost, Cotto at 140, and other honourable mentions "?

That's about the strength of it Van.

Still when you think about it, there probably not that much difference between this and the other soppy thread in which a few Marciano freaks have revised him into being Jack the Giant Killer.:good

Calling me a fan boy around Floyd means you also have to do so for Wlad, Vitali, Calzaghe, Jones Jr, Sugar Ray Leonard, Hopkins, Duran, Hagler, Hearns - because I've done similar threads about all of them

So somehow, he would have lost to the version of Cotto that was weight draining and looking beatable against Paulie Malignaggi at 140... and somehow, he avoided Margarito despite Margarito getting destroyed by every great he faced, and somehow, he avoided Pacquaio until "it was time to beat him" despite the fact that Freddie Roach said repeatedly "Floyd has lost his legs, nows the time we can beat him" ?

You're too delusional to deal with.

I still haven't seen you state a credible challenger for "this generation" over Floyd by the way. I still haven't seen you state credible "definitive best" for other generation - all you seem to do is fixate on one fighter, because you don't like him and don't like others giving him the credit he deserves.

    Who are you babbling to?

If it's me, I already said, repeatedly I might add, that Floyd's a great fighter. Do you have any comprehension skills whatsoever?

Is there a problem with the font size?

And you have the audacity to knock the Canadian education system.

Didn't you try to argue that Pacquaio was a better fighter in 2004? The reality is that's been completely disproven, it also is the reason you can't just say "Year by Year, who was the best" because that doesn't reward a fighter over a career.

Be like saying Mark McGuire was the best home run hitter ever, because in one season, he was - while you completely ignore batsmen who are in the Top 5 every season.

You're too stupid to talk to.

Would you mind referring your allegation, cause I never said any such thing.

Comprehension think about what it means.

All I said was for the first few years of Floyd's career one could make an argument that Pac was the better fighter. And that argument is during this period of time Floyd fought 12 times for titles and won them all. and had a 31-0 record. Pac fought for 18 titles and was 17-1. And one of his wins was against MAB.

So **** head at the very least it's a close call, wouldn't you say?

Now if you can't reference my comment about 2004 you should either log off or admit your a ****ing moron.

And btw, I probably got twice the education you'll ever have, jerk off.
