The Sky commentating for Bradley-Marquez was insane

Did anybody hear this? Both of the commentators sounded like total dip****s, especially the guy who isn't Jim Watt. That dude sounded like he was stroking a half chub whenever he talked about Tim Bradley. In the 11th round Marquez hurts Bradley with a punch, Bradley starts to clown to try to play it off but he is backing up the entire time and the announcers are just going on about Bradley's "swagger". Are you supposed to judge fights based on an opponents swagger?

In the fifth round Bradley misses a left hook which Marquez counters with a clean right hand to Bradley's temple that sends sweat flying through the air. It was a clean hard eye-catching punch, but this mother****er starts praising Bradley for the left hook he threw that was blocked and countered.

I was utterly baffled by this. I hope both of these guys get stung by hornets.

English-speaking media favored the American, not that surprising.

    That fight was very close.

Just goes to show that styles make fights... Bradley couldn't handle Pac, but handled Marquez easier and more convincingly than Pac did in any of their fights.

Nothing convincing about it, almost every round was a toss-up. Media were fully behind Bradley.

That fight was not close. Bradley clearly outboxed JMM. Marquez barely landed a clean punch on him.

    Two judges had it 115-113.

Really depends what you like...I had Marquez landing the cleaner harder punches but I couldn't split them for most of the rounds.

I think I scored the fight a draw. Marquez gave away the early rounds but took control and started firing back in the second half, for which he gets no credit. People who scored it for Bradley, either don't understand Marquez' counter punching style or they bought into Bradley's hype. They saw Marquez' style as passivity in the face of Bradley's aggression, instead of common counter punching, which it was. The young man versus old man helped to sell that narrative. In the last half of the fight Marquez is clearly landing harder, cleaner shots, and possibly more of them. I don't know how people score those rounds for Bradley except that he is walking forward and throwing.

    JJM vs Bradley
R1 Draw. Looked like an even exchange.
R2 Bradley. Not a lot between them. Bradley busier + good flurry at the bell.
R3 JMM. Not much to separate the two. Lots of dodging, blocking, and countering.
R4 Jmm. Landing more and harder punches.
R5 Bradley. Slight edge to Bradley. More pressure.
R6 Bradley. Slightly busier more aggressive. Still not much landing for either.
R7 Bradley. Marquez just didn't do anything.
R8 Bradley. Getting ****y. Throwing a little more. Not a lot of damage, but Marquez being sluggish and inactive.
R9 JMM. Finally moving forward throwing punches.
R10 JMM. Doing a little more. Not much more than Bradley. Could go either way.
R11 JMM Letting his hands go. Bradley Coasting.
R12 JMM. Bradley on his bicycle.

You need to see(or remind yourself) of the commentating during Tszyu vs Hatton, that pile of junk is hard to topple.

Their commentary is the worst thing in this world.

    They get so carried away.

I'd rather Johnny Nelson or Lennox...Just someone ANYONE who is calmer and reads the fight AS IT HAPPENS.

I thought Bradley fought a smart fight and won a 8-4 type of decision
