The odds for Monroe to take GGG the distance tomorrow night are very nice indeed. No chance he wins but I think he'll frustrate Golovkin and last the 12

    :?

Stylistically this may be the biggest challenge for Golovkin in some time. Of the available middleweights that aren't demonstrably uninterested, what more can we really ask for? :huh

GGG must move to Cruiserweight! Until he does that folk won't be happy!...though if he's successful there they'll demand he moves to Heavyweight....

    GGG vs Tomato Can #3.

Until he makes Cotto/Alvarez/Ward/Froch - I have no interest in this guy.

Among the best challengers of Golovkin's reign, actually. (though admittedly green)

Did you have a problem with Jennings challenging Klitschko?

...or do you now, in hindsight?

Because this isn't much different. :deal

You're already on suicide watch as it is. You cut yourself everytime ggg is mentioned.

Wladimir was always going to walk to an easy win over Jennings but then Wladimir doesn't really have anyone else to face. He's fought Haye, he's fought Povetkin, he's fought Ibragimov.

Notice that 5 out of the last 6 challengers for Klitschko were undefeated fighters when he fought them? He's now in talks about a Fury or Wilder fight.

There are a tonne of opponents that are better than Monroe that GGG could've faced who have all been active recently.

i.e Cotto, Quillin, Lee, Taylor, Jacobs.

Monroe struggled with a journeyman fighter who is 21/21 and his biggest victory to date was against a guy who was 23/8.

Look at Jennings - not been defeated, close hard fought victory over Mike Perez who was highly touted, good wins over Bowie Tupouand Sergei Liakhovich.

I want to see GGG face better fighters, I'd say the same about Klitschko but realistically, Fury, Glazkov and Wilder are the only ones that are worthy of a title shot that he hasn't already beaten - he's in conversations with Fury and Wilder, both of whom have been reluctant to step up.

Remember Povetkin took ages before finally stepping up to face Wlad too?

GGG knows it's a **** fight, hence them working overtime to shift tickets.

This fight will certainly prove, AND LEAVE WITHOUT QUESTION, the fact that a slick black fighter cannot even marginally compete with GGG.

this will end that talk emphatically.

I don't know, I think GGG will KO Monroe but I would consider that an accomplishment because of the slick style of Monroe and he is a rank fighter.
To me matches like Garcia and Saika was nothing to get up for even if I was a Garcia fans.
